It's refreshing to walk in to a fast food restaurant and be greeted by friendly employees with a pleasant attitude. The food was good and fast. I was happy to see that the back and front of house was exceptionally clean, including the restrooms! Keep up the great work.
Tremendously great and friendly staff. The food was very good. You know you just can't beat Arby's mozzarella sticks. I will say the burger was a little underwhelming. I should have gotten a roast beef sandwich but all in all it was good
The staff and General Manager really was on point with service. Very professional, greeted customers when they came, made sure your order was correct . Speed was a A+. Great job to the team at Arby's on St Augustine road.
Came in with a group of teens, on our way to Orlando, and the staff handled us in a quick & precise manor! We were very impressed with how quickly they cranked out those orders! Great job!

We travel past Valdosta several times a year and always stop at this Arby's. The location is clean and everyone is friendly.
I typically get a turkey and swiss market fresh sandwich and did this time. Overall the sandwich is ok. The bread was not as fresh this time. The other ingredients were ok.
