Folks are awesone. The 13 years I have been doing business there I have had few complaints. When I have it was handled quickly and professionally.
I don't normally eat here, but stopped to grab breakfast for my charge that I nanny before his soccer match. They took a fairly long time, and I was afraid we would be late, but not only was their customer service level 5 star, the food we waited on, due to a bit of picky eating on my part, but the food was magnificent enough to come out of my way to eat here again. Well done!
Y'all complain that it is without understanding that other customers either come and not already knowing what you want or ordering large orders that come one after another. It take time to drop things fresh when asked. And being short staffed significantly slow the rate that food are made. The ice cream machine do have to be serviced when It act up it take time to fixed. When we do have it up we go through ice cream mix like water. A large chunk of employees are high schoolers at their first job. For the attitude of them towards the customer is inexcusable. If you are gonna complain about how food taste or look at a place that serve hundreds of customers then either make your own meals or find a different place to eat.
