Placed an order on the app for two blast and waited in stall number three for ten minutes before making my way to the drive threw window. Once the associate opened the window I explained what was going on. The first thing out of the associates mouth was I clocked in. Never once received I’m sorry or tried to fix the order. I had to explain everything and the order. Once I told them the order I then waited another 10 minutes to receive the order. I saw two associates standing around talking for roughly 5 minutes. They were also out of half of the flavors for the blast. This was terrible experience and horrible customer service.

A black gentleman (I wish I remembered more attributes to describe him better than that),.I can't recall if mentioned he was a manager or not, but I do remember he said he has a young daughter. My son and I came there for milkshakes and he made us feel right at home and comfortable to the point my three yr old didn't want to go. Thanks to him, my faith is restored in Sonic once again and thank you bringing light to the cloudy day we were having.

It sucked! I didn't even get to order food. They let the red button stop flashing twice and I definitely was not pushing it a third time!! When people are traveling they don't have that kind of time! I understand the world is short staffed but that is ridiculous. I was so mad I dont have a sonic close to where I live so this was a huge let down so thanks to that staff. And thanks to Wendy's to the amazing staff who got some hungry people fed in a timely manner!!

So bad. 10 people just drove away from here! This is ridiculous !!!! Have sat here for 15 mins. No one even came over to say it will be a minute. Nothing. HORRIBLE service! You guys lost a ridiculous amount of customers tonight! I watched as person after person ordered and then drove away due to lack of service! I can’t imagine how much food was wasted and how much money was just lost at this store! U acceptable.

worst drive-thru i have ever been through. placed a mobile order and did exactly as it told me and waited at stall 1 for 30 minutes and nobody said a word and i didn’t receive my food, which was just a plain cheeseburger and cherry slushy. fools wonder why they get paid minimum wage.

We went at 10:15 at night, planning to order some food. There was 2 people in the drive thru by the window and no one outside in the order stations. When we tried to order they said, sorry, unfortunately we are closed. We asked them when they close and they hesitated for a few seconds and said we’re closing right now. We said it said they didn’t close till 11 online and they mumbled something about a freezer and stopped responding without saying anything else. Someone else came up and told us they had given them a different excuse as well and didn’t help them. Bad service and disrespectful employees. You need to update your night shift.

We were the only car there, then after we had gotten our food 4 other cars pulled in. Iur food was DISGUSTING! We LOVE Sonic, and just relocated to the area, however this isn't the first time we've been here, but it is the last. I ordered the crispy chicken club. The chicken was beyond hard, could barely even bite threw it, the lettuce was SOAKING WET, and there was a piece of a square of bacon. My husband got a chili cheese coney with jalapeños and buffalo popcorn chicken entrée. The chili was harden an definitely old, and it would have been nice to have some chicken in the popcorn chicken. Definitely dont recommend this place at all!🤢🤮

I never leave reviews, but this one needs it. Hands down, worst Sonic I've ever been to. Let me start by saying, the man at the drive through window was a very pleasant person. He seemed to be doing several jobs too. This review is no reflection on him. I placed an order online at 2:18 PM and it said the order would be ready in 5-7 mins. We arrive less than two minutes later. The website would not allow us to check in so we pressed the button and told them we had an online order and were unable to check in. All was well, no big deal. About 10 more minutes pass by and also a line of vehicles that was looped around the building in the drive thru passed through. Someone comes out to tell us that they JUST ran out of onion rings. We're all hungry, it's whatever, I don't complain. My onion rings on my order should already have been cooked and bagged and brought to me before the amount of time and people that passed before we were even told they were out. No big deal though, I know times are tough and I'm usually very patient. So I subbed for a different side. We finally get our order in another 10 minutes. The sandwiches were wrong, didn't get my sauces, the tots were cold, undercooked and soggy. The worst part, the Chedd r peppers I took in substitution for the onion rings, tasted like mold, and they were also soggy. Threw them away. Wasted money. Wasted time. We'll never go back.

The employees look dirty....they are rude....and they never have anything like idk ice cream how are u a place that focuses on many things w ice cream never have it bc ur machine is broke....aweful place.....how they stay open???

So much for the two-for-one special on milk shakes after 8pm. This is the SECOND time we have been up there and the machine is down for cleaning. Hmmm...special begins at 8pm, as does the cleaning? Poor customer service.

Not really happy...i got a chicago dog and all american dog onion rings and a cranberry limeaid.
I drove to work, my onion rings was just a bag full of half fried parts. The chicago dog was an all american dog with no tomato or poppy seed bun and was just junked together...took a sip of my drink...think again it wasnt a cranberry limeaid...poor service from the 1520 west hill, Sonic in Valdosta Ga
The only thing right was the American dog.

Went to get ice cream in the middle of the day. There was maybe 1 other customer at the drive-thru window. Had to repeat our order 5 or 6 times. They still brought the wrong stuff. We ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes, 1 mini Reese's Blast, and 2 mini Butterfinger Blasts. They brought the sundaes, 2 mini Reese's Blast, and 1 mini Snickers Blast (and this is AFTER they repeated our order to us correctly over the speaker). When we told her that was not our order, she said, "Oh so you don't want the Snickers Blast?" When we answered "No we do not", she told us that indeed it was a Butterfinger Blast (it was not) and handed it to us. Then she took the extra Reese's Blast inside under the guise of fixing the correct kind of Blast. Guess what? She came out with the exact same Blast and told us that it was a Butterfinger Blast. Tired of arguing and just wanting to get out of there, we took the order and left. Not just bad service - I understand sometimes mistakes are made - but dishonest. Horrible Horrible Horrible!

This place sucks...I don't know why I try giving it another shot....Years ago this place was off the chain the service was awesome the people were great and the food was good the service the manager looks nasty dirty like a drug addict the people are rude and half the things that you order off the menu they either don't have or if something's broken... last time I went here the grilled and at work the milkshake machine didn't work all you could get was fried food that was a month ago today I go get something ordered off the menu try to tell me they didn't have it and I told him it was on the menu and they said they haven't had it in over 2 years then why the hell do you have it on the menu learn my lesson and give them no more chances this place sucks I'll spend my money at Wendy's or Steak and Shake.......
