Dominos Pizza on Bemis rd Takeout. I only give a 2 because the end result was I got my pizza and it tasted great! But if your wanting a "QUICK" pizza that I have always known Dominos for, be prepared to wait. I called, instantly put on hold ( good thing I wasn't calling to tell them their building was on fire). Waited 25 minutes to order, got my order in, was told it would be ready in 30 mins. I showed up 30 minutes at the pickup window, sat there for 15 minutes and no one even looked out the window. The guy behind me gave up, and went inside. 5 mins later I did the same. It wasn't ready! I talked to the girl behind the register and she referred me to the progress monitor . I paid, and sat down to wait some more. I looked up at the progress and it said it was baking. Then I saw the guy take it out of the oven read the name, sliced it up and put it on the "QUALITY CHECK rack, he cut up another pizza and came to the counter because I stood up. I told him my name and he got my pizza for me and I was off, nearly an hour later. Oh, and why they call it a "quality check" is beyond me, no one's ever looked at it.

Bemiss location is the only location I go to. Always on time with food and food cooked to perfection. Associates always very nice .

The food is decent. But, their customer service is terrible. Every time I call in to order a pizza, the person who picks up the phone is always in a bad mood. Even the manager. I always feel punished by them just for ordering. So, I'll be looking at other pizza places to give other local business a chance.

Good fresh food just wish they had hand made salads and better selection of subs.. people who take orders over the phone can be little nicer even if your having a bad day chin up 🙂

Wings don’t have enough sauce on them, just put them in a bowl and shake them. The pizza was just horrible and my son has been vomiting since he ate the and wings last night. Probably food poisoning.

Pizza was good, but it's all about delivery customers there. Drive thru was ignored & we weren't allowed to go in to get our pizza so it just sat on the hot shelf waiting for us and the 3 other cars behind us to be important enough to get waited on.

The store was really busy because it was the national championship game. I pulled up to the window, and paid for my order. The guy couldn’t find it and asked if I would park at the front. A few minutes went by and I got back in the drive thru. Nicole greeted me and went to look for my order. It was no where to be found. She canceled my payment and told me I wouldn’t owe anything because it was their mistake they lost my order. They remade my order in 5 minutes and Nicole personally brought it out to my car!
