Not sure if every Captain D’s has a big family table but it’s super wheelchair accessible! Plenty of room underneath and high enough for your control to go under as well! This table may not seem important to most people but it means the world � to people who need it, like me! Great job #CaptainDs
Good food. Even more important was the great committed service by the employees and manager.
Excellent delicious crispy fish and chips… Fresh Cole slaw… Clean and fresh smelling environment… Bathrooms could use a touch up for just opening up in the morning… Staff was cheerful, smiling and engaging…. Food orders were accurate and delicious…. Second time there this month… we will be back…
I almost never have issues at this Location but this is the one time that I did ! No need to go into details Bc I’m 100% satisfied with the outcome !! Manager Sophie went above and beyond the call of duty even with a very busy inside and a drive thru wrapped around the building to accommodate and correct my order ! Every restaurant makes mistakes but thanks to this business for getting it right and displaying top notch customer service! Good customer service still does exist! Thanks!!
Will change to 5 if they actually make my fish fresh when request instead of throwing old fish back in the grease
Food always fresh but be prepare to wait for long periods of time. A co-worker of mines waited 25mins before getting his money back due to them prepping door dash orders.
