Mayo was $1 and lettuce was $3. Unbelievable prices, couldn’t understand a single word the cashier said. Would give 0 stars if I could. Bread wasn’t moist enough for my liking.

I really like the food but sometimes they’re just freaky SLOW! I hate getting my lunch at 12:30 or later when I ordered for delivery between 11:45-12:00.

Ordered two sandwiches... the guy entered in both of them wrong -_- when I got home they even forgot to give me my ranch. Not happy, do better. The girls making the sandwiches were nice though.

They don’t deliver 1.8 miles away apparently? I travel a lot and have been ordering jimmy johns for years but me and my workers won’t waste our time anymore. People on the phone seemed nice enough but can’t deliver 1.8 miles ? They told me the Walmart a few hundred feet from me is there cutoff point. I always get the gargantuan that runs me about $11 and I always pay with a 20 which is a nine dollar tip. Places just have too much money and obviously make more than enough to actually care about the customer I wouldn’t have told on them if they drove a couple extra hundred feet.

I eat there/ have delivered almost daily during the lockdown period. They would make any order I requested and knew me by name. Excellent service and management know how to keep a loyal customer satisfied. Excellent job and excellent Spicy Italian ... mmmmm!

The food was outstanding . Me and my niece met there after I got off work. The people there were friendly and made our sandwiches real fast. When I asked for extra veggies I got what I asked for. It was worth the money. So I will be back even though it's on baytree and I live off bemis. Oh yes. The pickles are awesome. I am going back just for the pickles cause that sandwich is a 2 meal sandwich for me.

First time ever going to this establishment today and was really looking forward to it… The place was very clean and the atmosphere seemed to have a good vibe… Love the sayings on the walls and so was ready to order… Decided to get the number nine Italian sub. I love a good sub sandwich so I was super excited… I ask him for mild pepper rings to go on my Italian sub since they usually go hand-in-hand together at most establishments and he informed me that they did not carry mild pepper rings and so I thought that was odd but I told him just to go ahead and add the jalapeños instead I would be OK… Then I asked for extra vinegar and they said that would be no problem. However after that things kind of got a little wonky. When I asked for salt and pepper after I had added my herbs they said that they did not carry salt and pepper…I honestly probably looked at them kind of funny because I thought that was bogus and so I questioned them again about adding salt and pepper and they said that they did not have any in the whole establishment… Of course I scanned the tables and there were no salt and pepper shakers on the tables so I did not argue and didn’t want to make a big deal and sat down. I told my husband and he thought that they were pulling my leg and went up to the counter and ask them for salt and pepper even the ones in the little packets for to go and they again told him they do not offer any salt and pepper and he came back dumbfounded… We kind of shrugged it off and I took a bite of my sandwich and noticed all the oil pouring out everywhere and thought that they accidentally had put oil on my sandwich instead of vinegar… I was kind of embarrassed but I told my husband I was going to ask them for vinegar and not say anything about all the messy oil that was all over the table… When I asked for a little bit of vinegar to put on my sandwich because it was very bland they told me I could not have any… I looked over their shoulder and told them there were six jugs of vinegar on the shelf on the wall of one kind and another couple of jugs of another kind of vinegar could I please have some of that vinegar for my sandwich and they said that there vinegar all was a premade mix and that was all they could offered me and that they were not allowed to touch those gallon jugs of straight vinegar and I said well I’ve got no vinegar on my sandwich and they said that I had.... so apparently there was very little vinegar and mostly oil in what they had put on my sandwich… Trust me when I say there was maybe a few drops in their concoction of what they call vinegar. I was so dumbfounded and shocked I went and sat down to a very bland oily sandwich with no flavor. My poor husband kept telling me he was so sorry because he chose this place and I kept telling him it was OK I didn’t want to make a scene but I was having a hard time believing these people… Mind you there were about six employees behind the counter and they were very nice but all of them kept staring at me I guess thinking I was going to make a scene … I know that they could tell I did not believe a word they said and did act uncomfortable about telling me all of this.... so I picked up the phone and called corporate and sure enough Jimmy John’s does not offer any salt or pepper at any of their establishments nor do they allow you to have any extra vinegar no matter how much they have in their establishment other than what is mixed up by management and no they do not offer pepper rings for Italian subs. He was very nice but I cannot tell you how surprised I was. The employees did follow protocol not allowing me one drop out of those many gallons of vinegar on the wall behind the register… LOL… I inadvertently added double oil to my sandwich thinking that I was getting vinegar of which I asked for....I guess they assumed that I knew that their idea of vinegar was some kind of an oil mix. The quality of what was on my sandwich was superior but without flavor I would rather go to Subway. Definitely not worth the money. I tried to eat the whole thing but could not.
