It's ok, but because I go to VSU and at certain times of the day, it the only thing I and many other only can eat. I'm just sick and tired of them at this point. Eating their food is tired out. To the point where I dont even eat it when I'm home.
It's good most of the time. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars.
I just don't appreciate when they keep running out of BBQ sauce because that's the only sauce that I eat with my food. Without it, I am not able to finish my food and enjoy it less. Then they had no milkshakes that day to make up for it.
I went when it was dead. 3 people ordered including myself. Lack of customer service. Employee complained about my milkshake the proceeded to be on her phone. Overall rude. Got two stars cause my food was hot.

This Chik-fil-A by far has the worst service I have ever received from a Chik-fil-A. I go to it only because my campus has limited options. The staff is generally slow and rude. The chicken doesn't taste much like chicken.
Worst staff.. they all have attitudes and are slow. Food taste nothing like a normal cfa. No flavor. Worst cfa i have ever been to.
Great customer service and good food.
God awful. Extremely slow. No sense of urgency. Messed up my order twice and waited nearly 45 minutes when it wasn't even busy.
