This is thee worst Taco Bell I have ever been. I will never spend a penny in that Taco Bell on North Ashley Street Valdosta GA. I ordered 5 hard shell tacos to go. I stay 5 minutes from there. When I got home my tacos was cold and soft. I thought the gave me soft shells. As I opened the wrappers were really greasy, the lettuce was old and the three sprinkles of cheese I got was stale. I took the tacos back and the manager told me the tacos suppose to do that really lady. I said ok make a taco and let’s see if a hard shell turns into a soft shell. She made me wait till she felt alike refunding my money telling me to calm down. I’m asking for my money. I’m not yelling. A worker there gave me the number to there Human Resoutce place. Wow that let me know there it’s some really bad stuff going on in that store.

Ashley Street Taco Bell is superior. The drive-thru workers are always incredibly friendly - more than I am used to at fast food places. They're speedy and delicious.

The cashier was working off the clock to order my food (no one took her place or offered….) and she was rushing me to order. When I mentioned I felt rushed and things were becoming unpleasant she lashed out at me, then my toxic mother gave her a hug and they both ganged up on me….I was having a horrible day. And the cashier added to it. I do apologize if my remark triggered her as she was wanting to get the hell out of there and be a mother to her upset toddler but if I was inconveniencing her so much she shouldn’t have checked us out in the first place.

Nasty. This is a soft Taco, the guy who made it was having a real bad day cause he was asked to make it, so he crushed it.

They had me waiting for over 10mins to take my order. When I get my food, my order is wrong. The cashier tells me they are short staff. I understand that but why would you have the Dining room open if you are short staffed.

My experience here is ok, food taste ok, I say it could be better with food presentation. Dining could be better and sanitize more often, restroom is clean.

First time eating at Taco Bell. I ordered from the kiosk. Didn't think to say no sour cream. Duh Ate it anyway. Got the nachos. If I go back I will know better how to order.

FIRST REPSONDER receiving the WORST SERVICE! I placed an order online at approx 12:26PM to be ready at 1:15PM. Went to drive thru to place another order and to pick up my order I placed through the website. The drive thru lady stated that the order has not "popped up" yet and told me to drive back around to see if it would come up by the time I made it back around. I drove back around the building and was told the order still have not come up. I asked if I needed to give my order number, but she said that she did not need it. She waited a few minutes then told me to pull forward. I pulled to the window and she said "we still don't have it". The manager then yelled from the back that we don't have it. The drive thru lady then said that's what I told her and then turned to me and said have a good day. I turned my phone around to show the order. The manager then yelled for me to come inside because we can't do that in drive through . I went inside and was told the order has not come up and when I asked what shall I do now and asked about a refund, she shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know. By the time I got to my car to leave the manager came running to the door said "Aye, Aye .. it came up" .She also said I had to give it time to come up on their end. Let's be reminded that I placed my order at 12:26PM to be ready at 1:15PM on my 30 minute lunch break! It was about 1:30PM before I was given my 2 ITEM order! Everyone should receive outstanding customer service, but as a FIRST REPSPONDER we are out day in and day out and working just as hard too!
