I went here tonight and I have to say the lady who took my order on the drive thru speaker, I think her name is Alyssa, did amazing. She was well informed and kind and made sure my order was correct. And the gentleman who took my money at the drive thru window was very nice. I love that they have employees who enjoy their job and I know they're smiling under their masks. Definitely recommend. Oh and the food was awesome. 😁

Worst Taco Bell. Really.
I love Taco Bell. This place mixes rice (oh God, I hope it is rice) into my bean burritos and subs avocado ranch dressing for avocado... what the heck? No masks or contactless interaction... AND never asked about sauce. I know... 1st world problems.
I tried twice. I'll make my own.

I don't expect a lot from a fast food drive through but I do expect the person taking the order to actually pay attention to the answers given to the questions they are asking. He asked every single question at least 4 times each before actually paying attention and then was rude about the fact that he wasn't hearing the answers given, mind you I was very clear and loud because I was already repeating everything. The whole order was taken with an attitude and then on top of that the order wasn't even made correct even though it showed correct on the screen. I was told to pull to the first window to pay but there wasn't anyone there so I pulled forward where he then asked me why I didn't pay at the other window, I explained no one was there. Apparently this was not the thing to do because when I tried to hand him the money he put his hands up and wouldn't accept the money. He then walked away and had someone else come take the money. I got my order and the food looked as if it had been haphazardly thrown together. My soft taco consisted of a pile of grease and a few pieces of lettuce and cheese. I wish I would have taken a picture to add. I honestly ended up throwing it away. It was a very disappointing experience. Believe me I won't be returning to this location.

I received my food from the Taco Bell on St Augustine Rd and when I got home and started eating my Nacho Fries, I noticed a hair inside my cheese sauce from Taco Bell. I called the store and they kept saying they couldn't do anything because I had no receipt. They never gave me my receipt. AVOID THIS TACO BELL!

We ordered just regular crunchy tacos, and something tasted off about them, so out of the 4 ordered, only 1 was finished. Within an hour, it was clear that the meat must have been bad because food poisoning was the result. Terrible experience. How does taco bell screw up tacos????

Made me wait in a drive through line for 30 minutes only to finally tell me they are only serving soft and crunchy tacos and certain burritos (for the next 4 HOURS).
