Had a nice lunch here with my daughter. Food was prepared well, came out in a timely manner, tasted great, and our server was very nice and professional.
Well hello, it's been a while. Okay this location on inner perimeter, what can I say, table was very sticky, staff wasn't very friendly, no salt on our table, food was mediocre & I was not impressed with the prices, over priced for what we got. Kids wasn't happy. So applebee's will never go to that
This was my very first "sit down" restaurant experience since moving to Valdosta a few weeks ago and it was really a waste of an hour and a half of my life😒 I was treated here for a Birthday lunch. The waiter seemed slow and VERY uninterested in being at work that day. I'm BIG on Customer Service so
The place was not very busy. We ordered and got our appetizers quickly. It took forever for us to get our meals. Plus the waiter wasn't very attentive and neglected to tell me there was an upcharge for me getting onion rings instead of fries.
Service was fairly fast given it was graduation night. We sat at the bar and bartenders were very attentive. Food was delicious we got the 2 for $25 with wings for the appetizer and the 4 Cheese mac and cheese. I have never had any issues here ALWAYS on point.

I know with covid-19 almost everything has changed but if you're a waitress how you take care of your table should not have changed as far as customer service and how friendly you are and that if someone orders coffee you refill their coffee we waited for over an hour before I even got the French on
