Are they actually trying to sell food? The lights are literally on and nobody’s home, but two cats are parked outside. It’s 04:00 and I wanted coffee. What a waste of my time. No answer in the drive thru.
An employee outside says they’re “waiting for the system to come up” and they are closed right now but she acknowledges they are open 24 hours.

So is this the new salad at McDonald's?? Because I am very upset. Waited over 30 minutes for my food two salads and one fry. When the fries came out they were cold and the salad was in this container.

This is hands down the WORST Mcdonalds I've EVER been to. Their manager calls off sick, another manager, who i was told by an employee didn't know how to run that specific store was there and didn't know what they were doing. They gave my order to the car in front of me, said my order was free, then proceeded to give me the wrong coffee, then had me wait 13 minutes while more than 10 cars passed through. I just ordered 2 #2's! It isn't brain surgery! Finally get the right food a half hour after starting the drive thru line. Hash browns were cooked in bad oil and soggy..... i just drove away it off anger. Please AVOID THIS MCDONALD'S AT ALL COSTS! Gave one star because they don't allow negative stars....

This McDonald's needs to get it together. They used to have fast friendly service. Last night they gave me a chicken mcgriddle that I didn't order and this morning they gave me Dr. Pepper instead of Coke.

Enough is enough! Train your employees on Mobile Orders or do away with it! I waited 25 minutes on my food! Then I had to call the store and spoke with the manager and she told me they said I wasn’t there!!! You can’t even pay for it and check in if you’re not there!!!!!! This has happened every time I use it at this location! Even quitman is better than this location!!!

Service is slow. There was an elderly woman at one booth with her right leg up on the table. She was rubbing her leg and picking at her flesh. She looked intoxicated or in some form of distress. We brought it to someone who worked there. We were told she had been there since early in the morning and it was 4:30 PM when we arrived. No one would ask her to stop or if she needed any help. As a place that serves food she should have been asked to leave nicely or with the aid of EMS or the police. I would never eat here again until the unit placed the health of all patrons first.

Oh my gosh ..bathroom break and Don wanted a cup of coffee
..mind you, the real stuff...
Waited for that cup, waited, waited waited... Called the number AFTER ours. Don had to go back and ask for his coffee.... Didn't have enough REAL stuff so just added decaf!! Without asking. Then when I asked if she just added decaf, she smiles and says yes!!
Really,......do you train new staff??? We are on the road and wanted a cup....just one lousy cup of REAL coffee
