Good coffee. They have the same names for different drinks so I got the wrong drink. They should change that. Or at least ask which one you want. But when I did get the one I wanted it was very good. Had the right amount of coffee, sweetness, and cream.

They were outstanding in their customer services gave my daughter a cup of whipped cream totally on the house, and I was not specific in how I like my ice mocha with extra ice to make it super strong, that they gave me shot on the house! The workers at this location were very polite and helpful. They were welcoming and attentive. One of the largest inside seating I’ve seen for a black rock. It’s one of my favorite places to go enjoy a cup of coffee, read my Bible, and meet with friends to talk about psychology. Thankful to have this black rock close by.

Love Black Rock - even though I do not drink coffee - they have great hot chocolate. Also a great place to just meet up with someone and relax. Love the free birthday drink they offer as well.

Good tasting coffee, great service and usually pretty quick; unfortunately exorbitantly expensive for what they have to offer. Wish they'd have better breakfast options.
