When I received my order we first didn’t receive the order correctly. Then I tried the fries and they were cold like they have been sitting far to long. Mind you this was in the middle of a small rush so there was no way these fries should have been as cold as they were.

Sam got to help my husband and I and he had such great costumer service. He was also working very hard and if there was an issue with our order he would help no questions asked. This is the type of people we need working.
20 minutes for 4 items. We gave them 2 coupons. Our total came out to the same original price they quoted before coupons, 19$.

Took us 43 minutes from order to getting our food. Watched the workers doing little to expedite orders. Will not be returning to this site, will drive to a further Arby's as we enjoy their products.
Went to Arby's on MILL PLAIN. They apparently closed early due to short staff. Arby’s always has the meats and the beer braised beef is no exception! The meat was juicy and tender with a mild smokey back note. The beer cheese was a bit runny but had great flavor.
