Sam got to help my husband and I and he had such great costumer service. He was also working very hard and if there was an issue with our order he would help no questions asked. This is the type of people we need working.
Five stars for the store, and service.
One star for the Greek gyro. The sauce on it was worse than a Dollar tree thousand Island. The meat was weirdly sliced; look like somebody hacked off pieces of spam. Some weird spice, maybe cumin, overpowered it. I think Arby's needs to hire a Greek chef to instruct them on making a tasty Gyro.
With steakhouse and other changes I know Arby's is trying to get more customers in the door. That gyro didn't help the effort.
Arby’s always has the meats and the beer braised beef is no exception! The meat was juicy and tender with a mild smokey back note. The beer cheese was a bit runny but had great flavor. The pretzel bun was just right and held up well to the beer cheese. Arby’s has the best fast food onion rings imo and would definitely recommend. This location made everything on the spot and came out quick and hot. Also Catherine was my host and she was absolutely amazing, great service at this location! 4.8🌟
