Clean restaurant. Order was right. Great staff. Amazing food. FINALLY A DECENT WENDY'S TO GO TO!!!
There's good service, and there's exceptional service! The wonderful ladies at this Wendy's were of such good humor, while practicing the best in efficiency and care. The young lady who prepared our order actually came out to the dining room to replace a sandwich that was incorrectly made for us. Since we hadn't unwrapped it, we hadn't yet noticed the mistake, but she realized the error and took it upon herself to correct it quickly.
*By the way, the entire meal was hot, fresh and satisfying!
Kudos to the fine staff who made our lunch something extra special today!
The staff here tonight was pretty cool. When I arrived the woman on the speaker have a polite message that her drive Thru was down and informed us we could come in. I went inside got my order taken and was a little bummed no potato’s were available. No worries I still appreciated the service and tipped the donation jar and got my food fast and headed on my way. On my way out the door the front cashier immediately informed me 3 mins later potatoes was up and ready I was super excited and everyone was happy I was so happy lol! They gave me all the fixins I needed for a tasty potatoe thank you guys so much for showing it’s still great employees in the Vandalia area ! I will be back and thank you staff !
This establishment was going downhill for a while, but recently they have picked their game up. The past 2 times I went, I got hot food very quickly with no problems. I look forward to going back.
