We live over 2 hours away, but have eaten here once before and I was excited to come back for my birthday dinner. I’m from upstate New York and Italian, so I’m picky with Italian joints. That speaks a lot. The food was great. Daniel our server was great. I got a free tiramisu for my birthday dessert, which was delicious. The only complaint I have is the guy that was at the hostess stand when we first got there, around 730. He was a bit rude and laughed in my face telling me they couldn’t seat us until after 9. The lady walked back up as we were about to leave (I assume the actual hostess?) and told us they’d text around 8 with a ready table. Sure enough, they did. A whole hour before the guy initially told us. Even if we had to wait until 9, it was his attitude that was the issue, not the wait. I think his snarky demeanor and the fact that he didn’t even have an accurate answer is enough reason not to have him greeting people. If we hadn’t been here before and I wasn’t set on wanting this for my birthday dinner, we would have been off put enough to go somewhere else just because of him. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it.

We were greeted with a smile and a great attitude. Sat outside where the tables and surrounding area were organized and clean, and a major plus is we're sitting outside the tables usually wobble these didn't. Nice atmosphere outside it's was shaded and they were playing Italian music. The service was fantastic, drinks were good as well and not watered down. My new favorite drink in this place was the (Italian Surfer) coconut rum and Amaretto great mix🤌.. the food was exceptional and fresh,. Leaving happy and full!!! Eager to return again and surf the menu for more gems. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was a great little Italian eatery. They were so full on a Monday night that they moved us to the back in a quiet area of the restaurant. That was really nice! My husband and I both got salads, the Panzanella di Granchio and Insalata di Spinaci e Balsamico. Both were very flavorful and had great presentation. Our entrees were the roasted duck with fig risotto and the jumbo scallops wrapped in prosciutto and asparagus risotto. Both were cooked to perfection and had great presentation and taste. The duck can be easy to overcook and this was definitely not, it was just perfect! We would definitely return and try many other dishes, it was so good!

Good food, good portions and very good service! We had reservations for 5:30 pm as we had theater tickets. That was a good time to go, as we could easily talk to each other.

Delicious Food! I had the Veal Chop alla Caprese and my wife had the Salmone ai Ferri, both were excellent! And don’t forget the crème brûlée!

This place is right downtown Venice for you to enjoy the areas sites and sounds. You can shop and then stop in and have a nice meal either outside or inside which ever you choose. The food was great and the service was top notch. You will not be disappointed with this choice next time in the area. They even have a really nice bar area inside for you to enjoy an adult beverage with friends.

Very good sausage and mushroom dish and spagetti and lamb meatball meal. Good vibe from the wait staff. Try it. Next time, during halloween, fun time with parade in view. Good food again
