Fresh, fresh, fresh meat, cut to order for your needs is what we found at Herman's. They cut filets and bacon for me from pork belly-no sugar or additives. BBQ on Saturdays, so I am looking forward to that!
I've never gotten anything at Herman's Meats that wasn't awesome. I especially love their DelMonico steaks! They are $15/lb but nothing beats the taste for those special occasions :)
