Seated promptly. Location is clean. Waitress was friendly, prompt. Food comes out quick and delicious. On Saturday mornings there’s a guy there that makes balloon animals for tips for the kids.
Had a good experience . Food was great. Had 6 pancakes and 2 meals. 2 large glasses of milk. Waitress was having a bad day. Other customer’s were complaining about things she had no control over. My waitress and old lady waitress were nice to their customers and helped them too. I just think the old lady getting involved made the situation worse. She just should of grabbed the waitress and be done instead of sticking her nose into someone else’s table. I gave her a 20 tip to help make her day better and be focused on the next customer coming in. She treated me very well and was nice. I don’t remember her name. Tall white woman with glasses very low voice. I give her 5 stars for kindness.

What a cheerful, professional, efficient and well coordinated group of people. Everything from the front door greeting to the final good bye was perfect. I can’t say that about many restaurants. And mind you, this is IHOP! Service was fast and friendly without skipping a beat. The food was exactly as ordered and delicious. It helps to show up starving! But when you’re hungry you don’t want to send something back because it isn’t right. I don’t think that ever happens here. Everyone was so cheerful, happy and enthusiastic. Hester, at the front door, was doing an excellent job on her first day as hostess. Jason was our server with just the right amount of attentiveness. He really made this trip to IHOP a great one. Whatever they are doing here is absolutely the right thing. You can tell there is very good management and training behind all this. The whole place and everyone in it exudes a positive attitude. Very highly recommended. Please overtip the servers. They work hard and deserve it.
IHOP is always good to eat there. Delicious food and kind staff make a great atmosphere at all.. I like it there
We had a wonderful time here. Great service and good food.
After just getting our marriage license, me and my soon-to-be-wife sat down here to eat at IHOP, the restaurant where we ate for the first time together in Florida.
The service was slow and we got our table in about 20 minutes after walking in, but we don't mind waiting if the food is good. Our food arrived late as well due to a mix up in the kitchen, but again, no biggie if the food ends up being worth the wait.

Sure enough, the food was perfect! Presentation was great and the taste was flawless. Better than my local Perkins, which is saying A LOT as Perkins is my favorite local restaurant.
Because of the mix up, the staff gave us a discount for the wait, which was not necessary at all but very much appreciated regardless. Customer service here was astoundingly kind.

Very clean, spacious restaurant. We were promptly greeted & seated at a nice big table. Waiter was very friendly & hospitable. Easily accessible to stop for a delicious meal. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner with a nice 55+ menu. I love the Belgian Waffle Bacon Egg & Cheese sandwich. Browse the menu, there are so many good choices!!
My husband and I really liked going for breakfast. We went on a Sunday morning I was surprised when we walked in it how spacious and clean the restaurant was. We were seated immediately. We enjoyed our food, our server was friendly. IHOP has come a long ways.
We went there for free pancake night, and we met up with friends in the parking lot, so we all shared a large booth. The waitress(es) were fantastic and dealt with our table of six with great aplomb - extra chocolate milk for the kids, soliciting a larger donation to Children's Miracle Network than we had originally intended, and handling a busy crowd woth great cheer. Thank you for an enjoyable experience - we will be back!
Great chicken and waffles. Poblano omelet tasty. Coffee a bit on the weak side today.
This was my first time eating at ihop, I had breakfast. It was good. Food was served faster than expected. First batch of coffee was a bit weak/luke warm but second batch was hot and fresh. Waitress did a good job and was prompt, it’s just not as good Taste-wise as some of their nearby completion in my opinion. I would still eat there again, I just wouldn’t go out of my way to go there unless I was stopping at a nearby store afterwards.
I love IHOP, when I'm on the road I always look forward to having breakfast at IHOP.
