Most reviews here seem cranky...,too bad
I seldom come here, but always enjoy kfc.... especially the $5 fill ups.., wish I could get popcorn chicken like in North Port's fill up
KFC and Taco Bell in one restaurant. The restaurant area seems kind of dark could do with some better lighting. The KFC food was good. Efficient counter service.
The chicken was great it was a little dark inside the soda needed more flavor
They filled the machine up with more flavor this time which is great and the manager was great he gave us some more pieces of chicken as they ran out of mashed potatoes
The employees are great! I ordered the $5 box with chicken breast.After I ordered they realized they had to cook a new batch they apologized but I really didn't mind waiting.. when we got the food home we realized that not only did they give us a cake but also gave me an extra piece of chicken and an extra cookie. Great people and Excellent chicken, mashed potato and coleslaw!! The cake is yummy and since it's my Birthday tomorrow I thought it was so nice of them, even though they didn't know about my day.. Thank you all for a great meal and experience!!
Food was delicious and they were very nice
I had an issue with my food. I was going to stay quiet about it until the cashier took the initiative to visit my table and ask how my meal was (this never happens at fast food establishments). I told her very nicely what the problem was. She apologized profusely, told me she was going to bring the matter (and the food) to the manager's attention, and came back with a cash-in-hand refund (I never asked for it). Although I wasn't wild about the about the food, I was wild about the excellent customer service and attitude of staff members. That's why this establishment gets 5 stars.
We said a year ago that we would ever step foot in this establishment, but today was a totally positive experience. Thanks to new worker, Paul, service was A+ and food was good. Paul is an older gentleman that has worked in the food industry for 30 years. He never stopped working even when there was no one in line. I hope management appreciates him.
My wife and I had the $5 fill-up and it did. The place is clean and has easy access with ample parking. My highest praise goes to the well trained and personable cashier. Seniors make the best employees!
The cashier Paul made this whole experience here 100% better. You have a great employee in him. He deserves a huge raise. I'll definitely be back just to chat with this charming gentleman.
I love this place because the food is fresh hot and ready the moment you order it there's no waiting for it. And the people that work and KFC and Taco Bell are extra friendly extra nice good-looking their clean-cut answer any and all questions. And I just enjoy the atmosphere in there.
