This cold stone store in Ventura off Johnson is always a great place to go for your sweet cravings.
Their ice cream is delicious, customer service always very kind even if very busy, like today for instance, there was already two groups of people before me and then it was me and then I believe about a family of five to six and then another couple and another couple after that but there was only one girl there that was working and also training at the same time and to be honest she did a very good job trying to keep up being kind asking questions while doing the ice cream she was amazing today, she had already gotten through half of the line and two workers showed up to help out which was very nice.
But That first girl (I didn't get her name but she has long black straight hair and I believe a tattoo on the inside of her right wrist.) She Was working her butt off, And you wouldn't think so many people wouldn't go on a Wednesday 🤷
But this place is always a good idea to get dessert.
I come here one or twice per two month's and the ice-cream here never gets old. It always taste fresh and to top it off Cold Stone Creamery has 12 toppings and 12 pre made ice cream choices(Their original name is "Signature Creations"). My favorite pre made ice-cream is "Birthday Cake Remix".
Always a great experience at this place but there customer service was not so great this time
The two people working tonight on 1/4/2022 were very helpful and patient with my 6 orders.

The two young ladies that helped us were very patient and happy to help despite having a rush line at 4:30pm. They got through the line that was to the door quickly. My icecream was perfectly made. Thank you ladies for getting me my lid during the rush. Perfect way to handle the crowd!
