Always a great experience at this location from friendly staff to efficient service. Witnessed a pretty horrendous patron treat one of the associates terribly today. So just a friendly reminder to treat our service industry employees with patience, understanding & gratitude- especially in times like these. Your coffee isn’t worth degrading a human being Karen. Wow I just have to give 5 stars today for Alyssa at the route 60 location, she went above and beyond customer service and saved the day for me with a crying 4 month old after a long day of shopping I was unable to find my debit card and she took care of me out of her own pocket! Wow I’ve never had someone be so kind in a drive thru before! I needed that today! Thank you girl I will be back to pay it back and pay it forward I promise!!! Way to go dunkin for having such a wonderful staff!!
