I've been here once or twice..it's ok i guess.
Pros: fast service, sandwich was good
Cons: both times my french fries were kinda warm (not hot/fresh) and they were brownish as if a little overcooked.
Staff didn't seem friendly
visited may 16 2022 pulled in parking space to eat and fries were ice cold took the fries back to window and said they were cold. Girl gave me hateful look said nothing threw them in trash and gave me another. They were so rude
Ungodly slow inside and out it’s insane. Waiting 15 min inside before anyone came to the counter to take the order and then another 15 min or so just to get the phone out .
Didn’t get what we order. It’s a basic menu item. And it was cold. 10 am 6/3/22

Pulled up through the drive through, which had the menu board on at 7:50 to hear the automatics voice say the were closed. As we pulled around we found that there were plenty of people inside with all of the lights on standing around. We pulled up to the side of the building to see the hours posted
This BK use to be so much better. Third time I've been there and have had bad food, it's old dried out fries were actually really good this last time.
