Visiting the area and came across this restaurant via zomato. The brussel sprouts with bacon appetizer started the meal off on a high note, and the fish n chips (made with salmon!) was phenomenal! The mac n cheese was some of the best I've ever tasted - WAY above your average restaurant Mac n cheese. Would definitely recommend coming here!
Upscale, modern atmosphere with absolutely AMAZING food! I had the Grown-up grilled cheese, beer cheese soup, and their signature Orange Cream soda, and it was heavenly! It's the best in town! Plus, they grow all of their produce right behind the restaurant! I would DEFINITELY recommend this restaurant!
Food was amazing and the service was great. Chose this place out of the blue on a weekend trip to Vernal. Our server was really friendly, helpful and knew the menu inside and out. Our appetizer of Mac and cheese with candied bacon was almost sinful. The salmon chowder was amazing. The fish was super fresh, the sauce rich and creamy and I loved the mix of corn and fresh root veggies. My wife's burger was perfectly cooked to medium and really tasty as well. I also ordered the beer sampler. I enjoyed the selection of beers, particularly the IPA and red, however there wasn't anything on the beer menu that I would drive all the way back to vernal for.
Delicious food, great beer, and a really fun place to hang out. We have loved working our way through the menu- among the stand outs have been the burgers, shrimp and grits, and (my personal favorite) the Deconstructed chicken gyro. So grateful Vernal has a place like this. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!!
Some of the best pizza we've had anywhere! Try the Mediterranean! The kids meals were great - delicious fries. Mac n Cheese was also something worth traveling for. That combined with great beer and great service - we were not expecting this gem in this little town!
I wasn't sure what to expect way out here in Vernal, Utah because I thought I was in BFE but WOW, what a great surprise. Our hotel clerk sent us here and I thanked him when we got back. Upon entering the brewery we noticed that it was very upscale in appearance and very clean and shiny. The staff were very nice and we were seated immediately. Service was terrific. I'm not a micro beer guy but they got me a beer that's as close to a Coors Light as they could. It was pretty dang good and enjoyable. For dinner we had the porkchop with potatoes and green beans and the Evil Burger with fries. Both meals were phenomenal!!!! SO GOOD. We also had the fried brussels sprouts to kick things off and those were terrific as well. If I was a local then this place would be a regular stop. We would definitely come back if we're in the area again.
Stopped here for lunch on our way through and I'm so glad we did. Modern and beautifully decorated, great atmosphere and the food was generously portioned and absolutely delicious. We ordered a side of sweet potato fries to split 4 ways and there was plenty. Rotational tacos, fish tacos, evil burger and chicken bacon wrap.
Ahh. I was very happy with the stacked tostada and my partner loved the Mac and cheese. We can vouch for the Allosaurus, Rigor Mortis and Directional beers as well. The Directional is a smoked porter. All beers were served very cold (nice after hiking dusty trails) and developed as they warmed a few degrees. Loved them. Also our server was excellent and the vibe is fine!
My wife and I were in Vernal in mid-May 2022 because it was the closest town to Dinosaur National Monument and Flaming Gorge. We were definitely not disappointed with the quality of food, beer, and service. I must add that the pizza may have been the best ever! The pizza was made with real, fresh dough and was not the frozen stuff used everywhere else.
We stopped here for dinner after work while on a project in Vernal. I was really impressed with the Vernal brewing company. The beer they brew is excellent and as good as any I have had elsewhere. Their menu has a number of good options - I had a Chicken Ranch Wrap that was excellent plus being generous in size. We will be stopping again.
