Such an incredible selection of delicious food! I was shocked by their breakfast menu! Captain Crunch french toast, eggs Benedict and breakfast nachos?!? Can't go wrong! Delish!
We just had the NYE steak and Lobster special for $25, and it was AMAZING! We recently went to red lobster to get their lobster, and swains blew them out of the water! The file Mignon was incredibly tender and melted in my mouth! 11/10 overall!

Went to celebrate my 14th anniversary with my wife. The food was great and hot when they brought it to us. We didnt wait long to get our food despite it looking busy. Our waitress was amazing, checking on us often to make sure everything was ok. I will be going back again.
Every time we go and eat at Swain Brothers we are more than impressed with their food and their service! They have a really good variety on their menu and everything we have tried has been delicious. They also have a good variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. We will definitely be back again!
Great food and service (thank you Cindy!). Take your date or friend here and split the Colorado green chili burger and the Philly - you will not regret it. Best bang for your buck possible and mouth watering awesome.

I haven't ever seen the place as packed as I did tonight. The entire staff was busting their butts and did such a great job. I love going there. Ashlee is always our waitress and nails it every time!!
When we arrived we were seated quickly. I was excited to try this place out for the first time. We sat and was told our waitress (I cannot remember the name but was a females name) would be right with us. We checked out the menus and then waited.... And waited.... And waited and I started getting irritated because this girl had walked past us probably 5 times. Then another family was sat next to us and I watched as they were about to receive service right away and before us. Jens saw our waitress had not waited on us yet and he immediately came over and took our order. He was very kind and apologized for us having to wait for our waitress and was very prompt and gave us amazing service. All while he was working in the banquet room as well. Our food was awesome and we were treated a free desert for our wait. We were very close to walking out before Jens noticed us and I'm glad he did. We will be back because of Jens.

Terrific place. In my opinion best in Vernal. Extremely high quality ingredients. I appreciate that the chef uses the best of everything and the servers and chefs play attention to the details. My Garlic and Bacon cheddar burger w/fries was 11.99. Awesome deal. Our server was Micaela and she was phenomenal. One of the best I’ve had. The atmosphere was relatively quiet. Was an amazing experience.
It’s rare to have such a fine dining experience as I did at Swain Brothers Steakhouse. Staff was prompt, knowledgeable, and kind. Bartender Adam suggested a Sterling Cabernet I hadn’t tried before. It’s my new favorite! It was noticeable how all staff helped one another without prompting. Owner Jonathan moved and mingled with his staff and customers with ease. Do yourself a favor, and visit this excellent establishment.
Amazing food and service! Kaytia was our server and did a fantastic job! The steak was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The Caramel Pecan cheesecake was outstanding as well!
This is one of our favorite restaurants in town. Great food and service! Also it is super fun to bring your non-local friends to show them old pictures of the town while waiting for locally brewed beer.
The food is excellent. My husband and I ordered the Prime Rib Sandwich Special with garlic parmesan fries. The sandwich was amazing with melty gooey cheese, savory prime rib, and mushrooms, served with horseradish cream sauce. The garlic parmesan fries make me never want to eat regular fries again - so good! The service here is always weird, our waiter looked and acted like he was also the cook, but he was great and kept our drinks full and attended is well.
Had brunch here and it was great! The food come in big portions and was delicious, they offered their own fun mimosa type drink that you could get with out without vodka and it was pretty good. Our waitress was amazing. I'll be back for sure!
Absolutely, great!!! Our waitress was so amazing!! Would recommend 100% so sweet and really kind!! They even lit up the fire in the table for us! It's an amazing place for any occasion, Thank all of you at, Swain Bothers!
