Look at this delicious thick black hair that was in the bottom of my cream cheese container today. Stuff from other bagels from the knife used the cream cheese, also can’t get the sour taste out of my mouth. If you don’t have the prepackaged cream cheese, let people know so we can avoid this.

Absolutely deplorable!!!! I came in this morning with my little sister who is autistic. I finally got her to work up the courage to order and pay this morning. An employee by the name of KIM took her order and the whole time she was rude, condescending, and argumentative. She displayed obvious annoyance with the order and constantly questioned and tried correcting my sister. I stood back the whole time biting my tongue and let my sister finish her job which she did great and thankfully didn’t know what was happening. I took her home then came back to order the missing items that apparently KIM knew better than us regarding what we wanted.
I will no longer go there, honestly is she is one of the faces of your store to the public you are going to need a very large mask!

After getting Door Dash orders here twice in a row in a period of less than a week, the bread for the bagels were stale and old. Who ever is working around 9:30-10:30 is not following food safety. Serving hard, stale food is unacceptable. Also, whoever bagged my order, told the dasher the drink had spilt in the bag, so they should be careful when handling the bag. You’ve got to be kidding me? The appropriate thing to do is take the drink out, dump it, remake it and re-bag the entire order. You don’t just tell someone a drink dumped and proceed to have the order go out. I get it can be a intense work environment, but those are mistakes you can’t make.

Staff is friendly enough but they *always* get our order wrong even at 5:30 in the morning with only a few customers. I'm pretty tired of paying for higher priced options (meat on sandwiches, whipped cream on drinks) but being given lower priced versions instead.

Over the course of the past two months, I have noticed suspicious behavior occurring at this particular Dunkin' location. Below I have outlined what occurred:
1) Gift Cards
I currently work at a company with over 50 employees and we will purchase Dunkin' gift cards from this location as gifts to staff members. On TWO occasions, we have purchased gift cards and money has not been loaded onto the cards and we were told a recipe could not be printed. In total, this is $60 of gift cards never loaded. Unfortunately, we have been unable to prove to them that we purchased the gift cards from that store in order to get a refund due to no recipe.
2) "Discontinued product"
On multiple occasions, this location will state a product has been discontinued and they are unable to make it. This includes the "Chi", "refreshers" and "bubbles". It is understood that these items do get discontinued as the seasons change and with shortages, however at the time of these statements, I went to another location at 83 Talcottville Rd Vernon Rockville Ct 06066 or 30 Lafayette Sq. Vernon Ct 06066, ( both amazing stores with amazing workers who are very friendly and kind) and they had the item in stock and stated the item was not discontinued.
3) Incorrect orders/ Deliveries
When ordering delivery from this store to our company (about 5 doors down), the orders are consistently incorrect and missing items. This includes missing food items (delivery 3rd party stating there was no other items at the store) items made with allergy ingredients specifically stated not to add.
