Review Mcdonald's - Vernon

Time and date: 3:12pm, April 9,2022. Woman taking our order at drive through sounded annoyed when we ordered. We tried to let that go as okay maybe she is tired. Then we pay and go to get our food. The other woman who filled our drinks barely filled full and when we asked if she could fill it full, she said "thats because you have no ice in it". No ma'am. We have been to over 30 mcdonalds and that is not how this works. We request no ice so it does not get watered down on the journey.

Ordered McGriddles but they gave us Sausage McMuffins! Poor customer service, the one that was taking the order was kind of rude. They need more training. No time to exchange our orders because the lobby was closed and won’t waste our time in the drive thru. They should’ve done it right the first time since we waited patiently anyway. March 27, 2020 - 9:35 AM (time we ordered, so whoever worked that shift) Would not recommend this place to stop by and get food if you’re traveling or just around the area.

Passing through town on our way home. The place was decorated really nicely, I think for a birthday party earlier. The restrooms were clean. The staff was very friendly!

Sorry but this has to be the worst I've ever visited. The Frappe machine hasn't worked in weeks. I asked for a receipt and was told they don't have any at this location. I won't be returning. The quarter pound patty was smallest I've ever had.

My wife and I were traveling from Colorado back to Fort Worth and decided to stop for dinner. We normally do not eat fast food but wanted to stay on the road and it has been forever since we have had McDonald's fries and burgers so it sounded really good. In all my reviews I try to say something positive but this McDonalds doesn't even rate a single star. There were just a couple of people in the place when I went to place my order and the lady behind the counter kept leaving to chase, what I believe, were her kids who were running all around and yelling. I know folks need help from time to time but honestly this was way out of line. They were unruly and she couldn't stop dealing with them. After I ordered I quickly went to the restroom and should have followed the advice of a friend who owns a resturant. He said if the restroom isn't clean imagine what the kitchen looks like. Well, this restroom had NO paper products AT ALL! The sink was dirty and the mirror and floor was well let's just say I left using my elbow to open the door. When my order arrived I asked for ketchup and the guy said they were in the bin, which was empty. When I pointed this out to him, he acted discussed and when searching for the product. Because we wanted to be on the road we ate in the car. Opening the bag we found the fries to be limp and not even my definition of warm. Didn't go back and ask for my money because we wanted to get home but can tell you this place should be avoided at all cost. Clearly the quality control is missing.

They don't close til 11 or midnight and had the doors locked. I'm disabled needing to use the facilities and teenagers are inside eating, drinking, having a great time and we're knocking being "waved" around to the drive through. I didn't need the drive through I needed an open door. I needed to eat. I needed the facilities. The guy with the beard and light brown to reddish hair wouldn't even see what we needed. I'd say worst service ever but 4 hours til close and I didn't get any service.

Rather they are under staffed or under scheduled. I stood at the front counter for over 3 minutes to have someone from the back look at me but do nothing. I should have known to call it quits, but we were in a hurry and hungry. Not only did they mess the order up the fries were ice cold and totally inedible. We will never stop here again.

Service may have been good. Food would have probably been good. Only 1 star because on this same Google results it says they are open till 12 am. I was there at 11:07 pm and all lights and signs were turned off and all cars were gone. Very disappointing.
