Cassie (the manager) from the Acme Starbucks in Vernon is an absolute delight. She is so sweet and patient and makes the drinks absolutely perfect. We were there and my gf didn’t know what to order and Cassie could tell she was hesitant & she talked to her about her favorite flavors and shared her favorite recipe with us. She did not have to humor us but she did and made our whole experience absolutely perfect. We now go to this location everytime because of her and the quality of service and drinks. 10/10

Came here at 7pm espresso machine was broken so no hot or iced coffee. I figured that was just an excuse to close earlier since the barista was chilling with her friends waiting on her to finish up. I was right!!
Everything was put away and the store was pretty much closed. I’m 100% sure the espresso machine was turned off by the employee and cleaned for closing at 7pm or earlier so they tell customers it’s broken. After reading reviews seems like the espresso machine is always broken lol. Management needs to do some investigating because I’m sure shes clocked in until posted hours too….

Thank you for being one of the only Starbucks to stay open during the past few months. I usually go to Sparta, but since they closed along with many other locations, I started coming to this one, which I never realized was here!
I want to thank the employees for being there every day, and being so friendly and fun to talk to every morning during this stressful time. My drink was usually in the making before I even walked up to the register. As soon as the morning shift saw me, they knew my drink within a few days and I have nothing but good things to say about this Starbucks.
I will be coming to the Vernon Starbucks more often now. Thank you so much for providing such exceptional customer service!

My daughter was happy with her frappachino but I was disappointed to see for such a large establishment that NO ONE WAS ALLOWED TO STAY AND DINE/DRINK IN. all the tables were pushed and chairs stacked against the wall. Dine in is allowed to resume in NJ, and has been for months. Why with so much room to social distance can they not allow their patrons to dine in ???

Normally great when they're on point with your order but lately it seems every other time I visit in the evenings, their expresso machine is out of order. I would have expected a shop with a primary business of making coffee drinks to have a back -up system in place. Or perhaps the baristas are overworked and simply hang up the "out of order" sign to make their job a bit easier. Both problems are a management issue.

Ever since the CO-VID19 situation and requiring everyone to wear masks, the accuracy of orders have dipped tremendously. I'm not one to often write reviews, but I was prompted to after receiving my drink wrong multiple times across multiple visits. My order was a simple Caramel Frappuccino with Coconut milk, with added whipped cream. Every time I order I receive whole milk even though I've observed them having Coconut Milk available.
The final straw was when I ordered my drink again - a Caramel Frappuccino, and received a mocha frappuccino (no coconut milk) The cup was marked MF (mocha frappuccino) even after I was asked if I wanted whipped cream after indicating I wanted Coconut Milk. No coconut milk to be had.
Franklin is the closest nearby City with a Starbucks. I recommend ordering there because chances are you are not going to get what you want and will have to get your drink remade.

Absolutely horrible place. The women serving me at Starbucks was rude and nasty. She worked on November at 3:00 pm. She gave me the wrong drink and sighed. Totally combative the whole time. I talked to store manager and she is dealing with her. This is the second time they made the drinks incorrectly on two different occasions.
