We have been looking for a Go To place in Vero. for quite some time now. I believe we have found it. We loved everything about our experience here. The place itself is very quaint, the staff is perfect... charming, knowledgeable and friendly . The food was outstanding. The Gnocchi with corn was on point...so good i have thought about it several times since. Three of us had the Corvina fish special and literally cleared our plates. The desserts and wine were all just as good. We were all thrilled and will be back soon. I could go on and on.

This place was awesome!!! Some very unusual and unique entree’s!!! The fried green tomatoes for appetizer was the best I ever had!!! I had the spare ribs with a pimento cheese stuffed ravioli and it was awesome!! My husband had the beef tenderloin and my friend had the salmon. Both of those were great too!! Definitely a great place for a special dinner!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about fire and wine. Everything was amazing, the staff really treats you like family. Last night we had the special appetizer, sushi grade tuna over a crispy wonton with wasabi cabbage and their calamari. My entree was also their nightly special, I had the swordfish, very fresh, generous portion cooked to perfection served with ratatouille and a white bean cake, topped with a delicious marmalade and asparagus. For dessert we had the strawberry cobbler topped with a white chocolate cheesecake ice cream. We had Bruce for our server he was awesome and we had lots of recommendations from Conner, he suggested a nice Bordeaux blend. Roger really treats you like part of the family, very nice genuine people. I highly recommended Fire and Wine

Roger and Chuck have really made something special. Its coziness reminds me of some of my favorite hidden gems in Manhattan. The food is better than anything I've eaten in Vero Beach or the surrounding areas. We started with the tuna appetizer and the escargot. The sesame tuna was beautiful displayed atop a pile of incredibly delicious wasabi slaw: not too spicy, not too mild, just right; and it all floated on the most perfectly cooked giant wonton. My girlfriend had the Corvia with sweet potato fritter as an entrée, and I had the salmon with the corn bread pudding and fall mushrooms for dinner and it was spectacular. The salmon cooked perfectly, the corn bread pudding being one of the most delicious plays on anything corn bread I've ever had the pleasure to devour, and the earthiness of the mushroom medley really completed the dish. It was perfect. We had the zucchini bread with banana gelato for dessert and I would describe it but writing all of this has worked up an appetite. It was all magnificent, just go eat there. Thank you guys!

How many times do your friends say "you have to try this little place for dinner. It's awesome"? Then you go and you're disappointed. Well, that's not the case with Fire and Wine. This place is the real deal, with an owner who gets it with customers. Excellent food, fun atmosphere, great service and great wine selection. You simply must try it, I highly recommend!

One of our best meals ever! Ambiance of counter top dining, interacting with chef / co owners Roger & Chuck and waiter Mike, and our wonderful friends was an amazing evening! Tuna, pompano, steak, Brie salad, spinach bread pudding, and the desserts! Wine brought by Robert was extraordinary - natch!

Unbelievable! From Roger’s friendly warm and inviting personality to the food. What an experience! We left talking about the food for hours on end. We were able to try two appetizers, two entrees, and a dessert. You honestly can’t stop yourself from ordering. The chicken fried mushrooms were unreal! We had the short ribs over the homemade massive ravioli topped with collards. I was in seventh heaven. The best food in Vero hands down. We will be returning monthly.....if not weekly!

Both the food and the service were phenomenal! Our server Amy was very professional and had us laughing with her quick wit. Very inventive meals that tasted delicious, and don’t skip dessert because the white chocolate creme brûlée was amazing!

Who would have thought that this restaurant tucked away in the Winn Dixie mall would be such a gem. Between the atmosphere, the staff, and of course the wonderful menu (not to be outdone by any fine restaurant), was as perfect as you can imagine. Last night was our first visit and we enjoyed it so much that we've already made reservations for next week and bringing along some friends this time. Thanks to the owner and staff for creating a wonderful atmosphere to relax and enjoy.

My wife and I went here for an early valentines dinner. Chuck and Roger were amazing. The food was absolutely delicious. The way the cooks meshed on the line was just beautiful. Chuck also bought our dessert for us, with it being our first time in.

I took my girlfriend here for her birthday tonight after searching and researching for the best dinner in vero and they live up to their reputation and more. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, the presentation is classy and the food is prepared by an obvious master of his craft. The short ribs melted before I had a chance to chew and the creme brûlée is hands down the best I have ever tasted, but what really stands out and makes this a place I will continue to visit is the staff. As soon as i walked in it felt like I was visiting old friends. They made us feel welcome and at home from the moment we set foot in the door till the moment we left. I’m only leaving 5 stars because they won’t let me leave any more. I see why people hail Fire and Wine as a local treasure. Do yourself a favor and give them a visit.

Outstanding experience! Staff was warm and welcoming and the food was on par with some of the top rated restaurants we've had the pleasure of dining at around the country. The Tuna sashimi with Wasabi coleslaw and pan fried scallops in a mouth watering broth were our starters and paired well with glasses of Silver Peak Pinot (fantastic choice if you like Pinot Noir) After looking at the generous portion sizes at other tables, we split the Barramundi fish special which was topped with a savory mango chili sauce served on a bed of sauted rice, calamari and fire roasted Asparagus........amazing! Last but not least if you like pecan pie they put a spin on it substituting pistachios in a tart served with a flavorful vanilla ice cream. Don't let the unassuming exterior deter you from an experience that will have you thanking the kitchen staff for their efforts.

We had a wonderful early dinner here the other night. It’s located in a small Winn Dixie strip mall, but don’t let that fool you! Reservations are a must and everything in the menu is top quality- with excellent service. The only warning is, it can be warm in there, and a little on the noisy side. But so worth it for the food. Don’t miss the soups!

We were on the road on I95 north and asked Siri for a five star seafood restaurant near and we end up to Fire & Wine. As we entered, the host was super nice and welcomed us without reservations. The food was delicious and service was excellent. Highly recommend.

What a hidden gem! This restaurant is so unassuming, that you might think you’re in the wrong place when you arrive at the strip mall it’s located at. Roger, the owner, handled our phone reservation, came to speak with us several times during our meal, and even brought us some special selected wine bottles that were not on the menu yet (he’s also a highly rated sommelier). The kitchen prepared both fillet mignon and fish to perfection and Amy our server was extremely attentive throughout our experience. Cannot wait to go back and experience this again and try new menu items!

A lovely surprise at the end of the day. It small and quaint with a boutique feel. The moment you walk in the door the owner is there to greet you. I noticed how it remembered names and birthdays ☺️ I was pleasantly surprise by the exquisite menu. This is a menu you would see in high end fine dining restaurant and it was executed in the same fashion. I am beyond impressed with the family atmosphere and the thoughtful plates set before me. The sweet corn soup was a perfect blend of flavors and texture. The ahi tune was fresh and accompanied with a spicy mustard slaw and the final piece was their short ribs cooked to perfection with whipped potatoes and reduced collard greens... right when I thought I could take another bite... I did, into a perfect creme brûlée. Thank you for a wonderful evening ❤️

I truly appreciated the friendliness and excellent customer service from our waiter, Mike, and our host with the most, Roger. The broccoli purée soup was excellent and we ordered the monkfish with carrots and mushrooms normally on top of potatoes but the chef was nice enough to substitute spinach per my request and everything blended together fantastically. My date ordered the filet mignon with french fries and a lovely dipping sauce that we could’ve had as a soup because it was so delicious. Everything tasted fresh without being overly seasoned. Roger was even kind enough to give us his time and well educated recommendation on what wine we should purchase to pair with our venison dinner at home the following night. We will definitely be back again and again.
