The waiter Bob was top notch. The French Burger was absolutely exceptional. Extensive beer and wine list. Atmosphere was modern but cozy. Great location in heart of Vero. Loved my meal with friends here. Can't wait to return.

Great spot in Vero with good food. Staff here is great—Bob was an absolute pleasure to talk too. We all chatted about the restaurant, his background and personal life while we waited for our food. What a great human being with great taste in Men’s fashion (best Wedding tux ever)!

A lovely boutique experience with eclectic vibes and edible art. I loved the quaint bistro feel with a simple yet elegant menu. They are know for their burgers but I opted for the house special salad. It was a light, balanced palate cleanse of field greens, goat cheese and sliced strawberry with a light citrus vinaigrette . The salad could have easily been a main course for some one with a smaller appetite. For the main course, I chose the Amish chicken with grits and Brussels sprouts. The chicken fell off the bone, the grit were creamy and hot over cheesed:) flash fried Brussels sprouts are always a fav of mine❤️ to end the meal, I opted for their unique rendition of a traditional carrot cake. Their vegan and gluten free adaptation had the consistency of a toasted marshmallow. Smooth and creamy on the inside and a crisp on the outside. I was extremely surprised on the presentation but even more surprised in how much I enjoyed it! Thank you for a lovely evening with great music.

The service was outstanding!!!, and the food was really good, it was beyond my expectations. I would certainly travel again from Port Saint Lucie to enjoy the hole experience. I tried the fish tacos, the burger and the Brussels sprouts and they were awesome!!

Legit the best burger I have ever had... Boyfriend agrees as well. We upgraded to the "beast burger" meat, which is a combination of elk, boar, kobe, and wagu. SOOO DANG GOOD! Also a nice date night atmosphere.

CHEF on PREMISES! Great BEER Selection. Quality burgers, they asked me what temperature I would like my burger, Not, How you want it cooked? And, they made it just perfect for me! Restaurant is low key, dimly lit, great place for that special someone. The staff was outstanding, they will accommodate! The most amazing thing, I asked "Where does your grass fed beef come from?" They replied, "Brasstown Beef, NC." Very impressive, they have satisfied the C.O.O.L. labeling requirement. "Country of Original Labeling" because the U.S. government doesn't want you to know where your beef comes from so they can sell you less desirable beef from other countries MIXED with American beef. This restaurant makes the best burger on the strip so far. The beer here is of very good quality.

My husband and I ate Edgewood Eatery Saturday night. We were warmly greeted by Eric, who owns the restaurant with his family including wife Denise and son, Chef Zach. We enjoyed all of the art displayed on the walls especially the Highwaymen painting! We sat at the bar and Denise recommended the Calling IPA for my husband and Papale red wine for myself. We were incredibly happy and instantly fans of these top drink selections. We ate at the bar where we had excellent service. We started out with the Brussel sprout appetizer. Very delicious and prepared in a way I have never had before. For dinner we ordered off of the specials menu. I had the the cobia. The white flakey fish was very fresh and lightly caramelized on the outside. Incredibly delicious! I’ve never had fish that tasted that amazing. The sauce and rice with chickpeas was also divine. My husband had a filet and crab dinner that was superb and cooked perfectly. We ended the meal with French pressed coffee. I never had that and now I don’t know if I can ever go back. It was the best coffee I ever had. We also had the creme brûlée. Chef Zac said it was his own recipe and it was amazing! My favorite dessert and this was spectacular! I can’t wait to visit the Edgewood Eatery again! Great job!

Just getting around to posting this, but my boyfriend and I had the BEST dinner back at Halloween. The special that night was the Cobia and I can't remember having a piece of fish cooked as perfectly as this one was. And let me tell you, that's something coming from someone who has fished and ate her catch all her life. The risotto that was underneath had the perfect balance of acid to savory flavor and then this wonderful white wine sauce. My boyfriend had one of their burgers which was cooked to his preference and had a great sear. The toppings weren't too messy and it held together great. Bold flavor, you tasted everything it said was on it. We both thoroughly enjoyed the service, everyone was so nice, and the atmosphere was quiet for an intimate date night. We WILL come back again very soon!! #delicious
