I have been there a few times and the service has been awful but today it was the worst service I received my Melanie. She had an attitude and was very rude not just to me but other costumers. She was rude and wanted to give us what it was easier for her not what we wanted. What upset me the most was that behind me there was a young girl trying for order an ice coffee and she told her that she did not have Ice coffee only cold brew. The poor girl was so confused and in a rude way Melanie told her no ice coffee. The girl confused decided to walk out. Starbucks is know for having best training for her employees and great costumer service. Why is she working there. I made up my mind not to ever go to that location for a coffee.

Just went there this evening with my family after shopping at Target. Clearly the girl with colored greenish teal short hair does not like her job or kids! Well let's just say she is lucky I am a professional and did not make a scene when she was being rude to my 6 year old son and then makes the wrong drink! Best believe I wrote a long lengthy email to corporate!

Terribly rude staff. Specifically the crazy black lady. She went off on me for not wearing a mask and kicked me out. I didn’t say a word and politely walked out. I was a customer who spent a lot of money weekly at that location but I will never go back. Treating customers with respect is important to me. I also didn’t realize that this employee or Starbucks was qualified to give/force medical recommendations on customers without knowing their medical condition/history.

High turnover on employees, so speed and quality can vary from visit to visit, especially if compared from month to month. Luckily any time I've had a horrible visit I don't see those employees there ever again, so at least they are on top of it when they get bad workers.
If I understood correctly from one of the employees, they are technically Target employees and not Starbucks, and that plays somewhat of a role with the issues they have from time to time. I don't know if that was factual or just a manager explaining away a problem employee though.
Anyway, the only consistency is that there isn't any when it comes to employees... Once you get past the lack of courtesy or slow service (IF you get unlucky, sometimes they are fine), the product is nearly always fine, only once have I gotten a genuinely awful drink. Because of that, just dropping one star. If they kept the bad apples on board long term I would feel they deserved a lesser rating.

Horrible experience the barista was beyond rude she’s the one with face tattoos which I am not discriminating against but her attitude was horrible as stated and the quad venti latte was watered down almost on purpose , very sad ...
