I recently came through the drive thru and placed a fairly large order. They did get my order wrong, but the customer service was amazing! I called and talked to a Gentleman named Robert, and he was polite and completely understanding, and even offered to replace my meal. Most restaurants act like customers are just trying to get free food when a customers calls but this Gentleman handled the situation very professional and respectfully. Although they messed up the first time, I do understand we are all human and we all make mistakes, especially at night when a big order pops up on the screen. I will absolutely be returning in the future. Keep doing what y'all doing! �
VERY friendly staff and their focus to provide great customer service is top notch. The quality of food is ok…lots of different options. I think their burgers are definitely comparable to another drive through, order at curbside, fast food restaurant that starts with a “S”…but they are a little larger. To me, the spicy chicken sandwich is where it’s at - pretty good and definitely something that separates them.
Definitely one of the best Whataburgers I've been to. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and the food was ready very quickly. Our cashier, whose name I don't remember sadly, was incredibly nice, and very laid back, joking and laughing with us as we ordered and waited. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 10/10
Ordered on the app waited a few minutes once we got there for the food but everything was right with the order. Manager checked on us as well. This is our regular stop on our route to visit family and seems to have improved and cleaner. Food was good and hot!
