Umi is a really cool spot in Victor. They don't do hibachi everyday but it is worth it to plan around when they do it also if you have a big party they'll make an accommodation. We go here all the time for lunch and dinner

We were seated very quickly staff was very nice. Was hoping to see more vegetable options on the hibachi menu, but it was fast and efficient service.

Place didn’t have a big crowd for a weekday dinner and decor was alittle awkward as tables were very spread out. Food wasn’t too bad. Went for the hibachi salmon set and it was worth the value in terms of price and portion; nothing really fancy.

A delightful place for friends and family. The service was quick and efficient. The food was good, and the chef at the hibachi was funny and he performed well. The food was absolutely delicious, more than any other hibachi I've been to in the past. 5 stars!

Totally would give them 5 stars if we weren't told to show up early with our big party then wait an hour and a half to be seated and get drinks. Dinner reservation for 6:15. Walked out @ 9pm

Great atmosphere with great decor. Good food with fast service. There are hibachi chefs that you can watch or order hibachi at the regular dining tables.
