My family has been coming for years and it never disappoints. Abbi took care of myself, my daughter & grandmother this morning & everything was absolutely fantastic! The manager came by to ensure our good service!
This is my first time visiting Victoria. Cody is an excellent hands-on manager. This location is the nicest Denny’s I have ever eaten at. The place is clean, has a relaxed environment, and all the staff including Cody were very customer centered. I enjoyed my visit and this Dennys will be my go to when I come to Victoria. Words cannot express how happy I am with my experience. Thank you Cody. You’re a model manager and I actually teach management in my college courses. I know great leaders when I see them.
Leigha was a wonderful server and was very patient and sweet with our little one! The food was just the way we ordered it. No complaints here!
The food generally is very consistent. Never have too many issues. The staff are always nice and helpful. Dihon is a wonderful server!. The seating and other areas could use updating/repair.
Cammie was my server and she did more than an amazing job !!!! Very respectful and great personality!!!! Everything came to the table in good timing and no mess up’s
Wendy was our best waitress ever today. She gets our order right she brings it out on time and she’s very helpful and very friendly. Will definitely come back to see her again.
Denny's was a great experience. Food was delicious & service was great. Only reason we didn't give 5 stars is because they were under-staffed at night. The server was working her butt off with a smile on her face and a great attitude. Just felt bad for her because she was doing it all on her own with 1 cook. We went the next day for breakfast and received great service again with good food.
When I moved here 2 years ago this Dennys was kind of terrible. Now I am happy to say the new manager, Oscar has made it tiptop. The food came out quick. The restaurant was clean. It’s leagues better than their neighbors.
Today’s breakfast was cooked exactly as I like it. Hash browns are crispy, scrambled eggs are fluffy. Coffee is hot and so good. Quick, friendly, efficient service.
We came to Dennys to eat and Keshia was so helpful and friendly I husband ordered the breakfast burger with fries and the fries were over cooked and she took the initiative to have them remake them for us without us complaining. Fast friendly service from Keshia Thank you 😊
So I don’t know they were pretty short handed when I went due to the covid virus. So a slow wait might be in store!
Also some of their menu items changed. The pancakes taste more like a funnel cake batter...they don’t seem traditional to me. The club sandwiches pictured are bigger with different bread but still tasty.
The restaurant itself is remodeled and looks excellent however.
Cammie , was our server and she did an amazing job handling the whole floor. Our food was right and came out in no time. Her service was the best we’ve found in Victoria so far !!!
Desiree was very nice and very good at her job. She made our experience here very pleasant. We enjoyed her being our server every time we come. The cook Paul made very delicious pancakes.
Environment was clean and customer service was fast and friendly. Waiter was attentive and humorous .! The food here was good and I enjoyed my burger and tater tots.
I'm a regular here at Denny's I eat here alot throughout the week and I can't help but notice that a waitress named junior is always with a smile he's so fast and pays attention to everyone including me when I'm not even his customer. I'm glad Denny's is bringing back great workers. I stopped by to eat today and didn't see him even my wife was wondering if worked this morning. It's something about seeing a great worker with great service and happy me and my wife enjoy going there. Just thought I'd share since I didn't see em this morning and my wife was hoping he'd be there yesterday. Good to know that he's back he definitely sticks out among the few there. My other favorite is my camla I'd ask for one of the too in the morning both are fast and food is always correct. Thanks Denny's food was great this morning.
