Food was great and the kids working there very polite. Plus any business supporting first responders is great in my book❤️😀

Let me tell you...im proud with how the workers handled a very busy afternoon. Yesterday, with all the customers coming in and out firehouse, the workers still greeted me with a smile and explained to me how busy they were and that the card machine was broken in a calm manner. I got my sandwich hot and with an amazing taste. I did not have to wait long for the sandwich either! Sanwiches are really good! Love this place!
Place was empty when we came in (6:30). Coke machine would only dispense low calorie/no sugar drinks when asked about it employee said only the manager knows how to fix it and went back to the conversation with the other employees, teas were also empty. Floors hadn't been swept. Good thing we know that Firehouse Subs are good, had this been our introduction, we probably wouldn't have gone back.
A very great place to eat at. Wonderful environment. Amazing customer service. Everything that I ordered was perfection. This one outstanding employee made me feel welcome and explained the menu items so that I would understand and her patience while I was deciding what to get was greatly appreciated. Thank you and I will most definitely come back to see her.
Went to get a sub for a late night meal, first time trying firehouse subs. Great customer service! The girl working there really helped me with the menu and made sure to get something that would satisfy me! Will for sure continue to come to this establishment.
I've been coming here for years, and they haven't disappointed me yet. The firehouse steak and cheese is tied with the smokehouse cheddar brisket sandwich for my all time favorite! If you haven't tried firehouse, just know it's nothing like subway.

Great subs! Only been there couple of times but enjoyed it. I had the meatball and NY steamer. Both very good. The brownie was also good. What impressed me, besides what the company stands for, was their selection of hot sauces - thank you! Service was friendly.
Pretty great atmosphere, cool decor and the staff is friendly which isn’t the case everywhere anymore. I like what the place stands for more than I like the food, but that doesn’t mean the food is bad.
If you experience a problem at all the staff is willing to make it right without making a fuss which is huge.
And even during peak hours, the entire place is still clean. Awesome
As usual Firehouse subs is 🔥. That New York steamer is on point. Whenever I got extra change I come here.
We had our usual ham sandwich. It's great and this location didn't disappoint us. Pretty much had the place to ourselves. Staff was lukewarm though. Not terrible but less than friendly. Oh well, we'll be back!
First of all, the food was very good and the service was great but I also had another good experience there. While my wife and I were eating there on April 29th, 2019 I was having trouble with one of my hearing aids so I took it out to see what the problem was and laid it on the table. I realized when I got home that I had left it there so I turned around and went back. They found my hearing aid and returned it with a smile. I just want to tell the crew that this Viet Nam vet appreciates what you've done and will always remember this experience. THANK YOU!!!!
