One of my Fave places, my kids have grown up here! There's been Soooo lmany times in which we were treated as though we were Special. Like we'd been sent there somehow to have a Gifting. . We've Almost ALways encountered a friendly staff and One day it was interesting to Watch... a person who Would Not be Pleased and was Unrulely even, made you feel Awkward just being Around, was dealt with by the person taking the order in a Better than I way of dealing. They were stil cool and remained within the boundaries of being upset by it but not showing too bad and bouncing Back when the "show" was over.. it made ya Actually proud to see it -) Grinning from all the time spent, coming and going and even at times, "camping out" . . for all these experiences in a brightly lit accomodating atmosphere, I'm grateful!
Better than the McDonalds by the mall. The food was perfect. They quickly brought our food to the table.

Long wait but they were nice and appreciative of my business. Gave my son a toy and me a drink while we sat in the drive thru.
I ordered a french vanilla cappuccino. I noticed on my receipt while waiting that I was rang up for a mocha cappuccino. I tried telling the girl 3 times, and all she kept telling me was my drink in on the way. Long story short she could've saved time and product by not being rude and just listening to what I was trying to tell her.

I had thought this location had a play place, and was at first disappointed when I saw it didn't. Then we saw the area that had games and a wall monitor to play on. In the corner, was a table lit with colored lights from underneath. My son and older nephew immediately started playing the games on the wall, while my sister and my younger nephew sat with me at the lit table. My younger nephew is very autistic. I thought he would enjoy the lights. I had no idea how interactive it would be! The lights changed color, not just on their own, but by moving your hand over the surface. I don't have the words to explain how delighted this made my young nephew. Where I had at first felt bad for the three boys at not having the play place, they ended up having even more fun here! I was so impressed I went to the register to compliment the manager. He then came to our table with free small ice creams and toys for the boys! We were so thankful, but my young nephew also has a hard time with really hot or cold items and does not eat ice cream. The manager, Christopher, left and came back again with a Cinnamon Roll for him! I was completely amazed at the level of kindness and customer service provided to us! I don't have enough words to offer thanks!
I've questioned the management several times, it's Always accurate service and correct order 100% regardless of time or day. . .
Prices in app are Above and Beyond with to the moon and back appreciation during pandemic and recession. Thk you for that!!

I went inside to order and a really nice young lady helped me..she even provided me a application I asked for and said the staff was really friendly to work with.
This McDonaldās location has THE BEST customer service! I frequent this location almost on a daily basis and will make every effort to go in the mornings. I drive out of my way just to go to this McDonaldās. The ladies in the morning know me by my voice and order. I am welcomed, asked how I am doing and given a sincere goodbye, EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I'm actually not supposed to eat McDonald's but sometimes you just have a craving for that good old quarter pounder with cheese and they had one of the best ones I've had in months cuz I have one a month and my last one I got from my hometown was horrible but this place oh so good like take me back McDonald's it was wonderful I enjoyed it
