Honestly great experience here. Did a mobile order and everything was made right. The food was great and portions were also good. I didn’t interact with any employees since I just picked up a mobile order.

Excellent food at great price. It's so good I buy gift cards from Costco at a discounted price for an even better deal. My favorite is the Apple Walnut salad whereas my wife is really fond of the Steakhouse Beef sandwich.
I took three kids here for lunch and they all enjoyed it. A nice variety on the kids menu.
The store was clean and the staff was very pleasant. The manager introduced himself and was very nice and helpful too.
I recommend this store and would totally go again.

I first ordered a sandwich using DoorDash and it came to me with absolutely no toppings. When I called the store, the woman on the phone helped me through the process of trying to get a refund from doordash. I then ordered for store pickup and when I received the sandwich, it was made on time and ma
"Max" or whoever's idea this is has a really great, original, fresh concept going. The cuisine is bold but simple. The ham and eggs doorstep sandwich I had (we ate in the place) was delicious. Presentation is terrific. It comes in rubber band-secured greaseproof paper which makes a great bowl to cat
Love potbelly. Always great service and great food. Double up the meat fo the bigger appetites. Make sure you sign up for their rewards program so you can try some free stuff. Milshakes are great and the giant cookies are the bombdiggity! The store in vienna is the best!
Great food, usually quick and friendly service. Sandwiches are hot and fresh. Their unique flavor can't be recreated (I tried it at home).
Potbellys has been my favorite sandwich place since I went to the original in Chicago back in the 1990s. Great food and great, upbeat staff. The oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and chocolate malt are delicious complements to the sandwiches. Italian is my go-to fav!
Good sandwich shop, they pretty much only have baked or kettle cooked chips, which I'm not a huge fan of just personal preference kind of thing. But still enjoy coming for a tasty sub every so often
This location was very quiet in a Friday night. We got our orders in right away. They got our orders right!
