If you want real Mexican food � you come to this location North Ave or st Charles in villa park! I've lived in villa park since I was 6 so from my own experience I know it's better!
This is authentic Mexican food. This is where local Mexican immigrants come to eat.

Love the Food ,waitress are so friendly especially the two sisters...We'd go there at least twice months been for years !!!! Prices are affordable.

I have been coming here for a decade. The place has the best steak tacos around, hands down, amongst other dishes.
I come here every Friday evening and the place is always popping. Service is always consistently on point and the food is amazing. I love the rice.
My go to is steak tacos on flour with cheese, the steak burrito and also the chicken tacos.
My order is always correct and food always consistent. They sell liquor here as well! Plenty of parking .

Ordered The Steak Taco Dinner w/refried beans and rice and a chicken quesadilla. All were very tasteful. The tacos and quesadillas were full of meat and worth the good price! Homemade Chips & Salsa were good as well! Will go again!
We love the food from this place. We usually order for take-out, and I call in the order, and by the time I arrive, the food is ready. I love the tacos. They are always filled with meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. I get full just eating two of the tacos. My wife enjoys the enchiladas, and my mother-in-law loves the tamales.
One of the best in this area. After moving from Chicago, where almost every corner has a great Mexican restaurant, I was spoiled and sad that there were so many spots that were blah. This one ranks in the top 3!!
Food was great, horchata was a little watery but still good. The waiter took forever to take our order because she was having a full blown conversation with a party that were people she knew personally. (Which is fine but at least put our order in instead of having us wait until you finish talking).
I’m giving them a four star, but only because of the side of rice and lack of items to choose from on the menu. This is a monster-sized burrito and I wasn’t able to finish it in one sitting, but I polished it off the next day for lunch. This is a great place for locals during lunchtime or a quick bite on the run.
One of the best and friendliest taquerias in the area. The daily specials are an excellent values. But even without those this is a great place to have a bite/drink and a friendly chat.
The margarita are phenomenal. They are fun, delicious, giant, and hit the spot (may need an Uber later lol). You can’t go wrong with any taco selection. The table salsa/chips are perfect level of zing/heat/tang. Only complaint if I had to is the guacamole is kinda strange flavor/consistency that may be cause they use something other than hass but im guessing.
The food was so yummy! We are from out of town and just wanted Mexican food for dinner. I had the quesadillas and my mom had steak tacos. It hit the spot. Server was attentive and quick.
Good food and a wide variety of choice. The shrimp taco was excellent and homemade guac was awesome too. Service was a little slow but our waitress was super kind and friendly.

As you walk in you get a greeting woman asking you to have a seat.Definitely very good happy friendly atmosphere. The food was very authentic but at the same time a little commercial because obviously you get a lot of drunk American crowds coming in but that’s not a problem. I personally ordered the huevos rancheros and my friends ordered the steak tacos and also I got a complementary chips and salsa which every Mexican place usually does. I felt very welcome in this place was really nice definitely would love to come here again

This place is a must go to. Definitely get your hard earned $ worth. This pic won't do them justice, or will it. So many fajitas you can't even see the beans n rice. Best Mexican food in Chicago Illinois. Period.
Went there for late night food. Was served with fresh chips and salsa. The salsa was on point and spicy. Ordered lengua, steak tacos and horchata. I will go back.
