Tasty subs, delivered on time! Thank you to the owner for accepting my catering order at 4AM and providing some delicious sandwiches to a hungry group of people! Looking forward to trying some different combinations. My only recommendation is perhaps the bread could be a bit more fresh. Thanks!
First time ordering from Firehouse, Stone Park. The food was great Don our delivery guy was very helpful in showing us how the catering boxes setup. Everything was fresh. The staff loved the sandwiches and salad. Next time we will include the cookies.
Biggest fan of firehouse! I've always enjoyed in varieties of hundred different spicy sauces, which are rated 1-10 depends on how spicy it is. With corona I believe those sauces are behind the counter. Brisket is the best sandwich ever! So soft, no need to chew 😂
Great experience. Fast service, good prices, and the sandwich came out looking great. The shop is a bit cluttered, but I don't really care about that.
The food here is delicious. This is my go to for sub sandwiches. I usually get an medium Italian on wheat bread and it's much better than anything I can get at subway or make at home.

Firehouse Subs is great. The meat is cut fresh daily. The subs are hot and tasty. One of my favorite places. The staff at this particular location, in Stone Park, Illinois, are awesome. Very friendly, polite and professional. Everyone should try a sandwich from there, at least once in their life.
If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. I went in and ordered my food today 2/12/2023. While waiting I received a message that a family member had died. I started crying in the restaurant. The staff noticed. They did not make a spectacle of it, but one asked if I was okay. They then apologized and said they hope I feel better and they hoped that everything was okay. As I walked out one of them gave me a free cookie and said she hopes it helps me feel better. Sometimes it's about how you treat people and not just the food, which is also very good.
I am forever grateful for their small act of kindness. They had no idea why I was upset they just knew I was and did whatever they could to try and help. 10/10 will be returning. The engineer sandwich with no onions and add ons is delicious.
Sandwiches were delicious, I am disappointed I didn't get lettuce on my steak sandwich like I asked but other then that great service, and great food. ☺
My daughter love the brisket sandwich every time I pass one have to get her one.
I've come here before and never had issues. Today the 2 workers went above and beyond for me. They were very kind, I feel bad that I didn't catch their names. But I really appreciated the service we got from them. The only thing that upset me was the soup I order was sour but I thought it was just me, I asked my sister and she thought so too. But i didn't say anything, i just didn't want to be that customer to ruin their day. Other than that. I'll continue coming to this location. Thank you.

Didn’t think to take pictures but we stopped in here for some subs. They came out hot and delicious! The workers were really nice and the restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Thank you for having a great place to get tasty food!!
The sandwiches are amazing. Perfectly toasted and absolutely delicious. My girls love coming here. As a former Firefighter, I always support the brothers. They do good work in the community too. So it's a win win for everyone.
