We have only ever had one bad experience here, and a great many good ones. It's cheap, it's fast, the chicken is surprisingly low calorie, and the woman who always seems to be at the window is friendly.
Half of the staff are rude and have no idea what they're doing. The oil is old and burnt. The prices are expensive. The place is overall very nasty, and has gone downhill

Very poor. Wouldn't recommend this place. Wanted clam meal all fries and very little clams. Requested tartare sauce and vinegar as condiments didn't receive any. When I called to address issue was told in bottom of bag, well not there or I wouldn't call. Add to the fact I didn't receive my receipt
A hot meal from Long John Silvers in Vinton Va traveled to Endicott Va for our Momma...she was happy and loved it. That's all that mattered...not many of these left around anymore.. Thank you
Check your receipt against what prices they post on the order board at the drive thru. Had I not questioned their math I would have over payed $6.
