Best burger I’ve ever had, hands down. My husband and I ordered a bison burger and a Wagyu burger. We split both and couldn’t decide which was better. No condiments necessary, everything was fresh and seasoned perfectly. Bob is goofy and very kind, and helped us plan our route back to Denver around
I actually went to the cactus room 4 years ago with a group of friends while on a roadtrip. Bob was hilarious and super nice. Turns out hes from California! We tried the bison burger and fries and man was it amazing!! We ate their twice before we continued on our trip and on our way home to Californ

Cactus Room at Buffalo Trails Trading Co. in Virgin UT. Chef, cook and owner Bob is quite a character.
