Well, well, well….Where has this place be hiding?. Ok well, you must go here! The food is amazing and a lot of it! You’ll see in the pics small garden salad…ummm….not really small and very good. The Hood got the Italiano steak hoagie…Amazing! The rest of my regulators got chicken parm and chicken piccata all amazing! Hot! Yes that is how the food came out very hot we gave it a little before eating. I know food should come out hot but we all know that’s not the case all the time . Prices are very good in my opinion so I highly recommend this place to get some dinner or lunch when visiting Virginia Beach. I recommend it to the locals if you haven’t tried it! May your food be hot (unless it should be cold) and your drinks cold (unless they should be hot) Stay positive my friends and follow “The Hood”

The chicken marsala was the best I have had outside of Italy! The chicken alfredo was very tasty. The eggplant parmesan is a good portion and very tasty even our picky eater liked the spaghetti sauce. The meatball sub was huge. We had to take some to go. Very friendly staff and the cannoli was crispy and just the right amount of sweet!

This is a hidden gem, a little of a walk from where we were parked but worth it! Everything was delicious and the baked ziti was a large portion enough for 2 maybe even 3 people! The food comes out fresh and hot. Didn’t get a picture of all the food we ordered because we got to eating hahaha. The place is smaller compared to other restaurants but there is seating available. Coming from my father who is a retired and picky Italian chef, this restaurant gets a “A” in his book. Definitely will be visiting again!

My family arrived at the restaurant while they were open for takeout only because their waitstaff did not come in until 4pm. We decided to wait outside for the rest of our party to arrive since the restaurant was our meet up point. I asked if I could take a chair outside for my MIL because she is disabled and it would be helpful for her to have a place to sit. The manager said yes. About a minute if that the manager came outside and asked us to come in and have a seat inside. He proceeded to give us menus and take our drink order. This was not expected as we all could understand that they did not have the staff to accommodate us a party of 8. The staff on duty was extremely busy working fulfilling pickup orders. We all enjoyed the family time as we can take a while deciding what we wanted to order. The young lady who came in at 4pm was early and gave us her immediate attention upon arrival. I will fully admit we can be a handful but she was nice, patient, and extremely helpful. We ordered Ceaser salads, mozzarella sticks, and hot wings as appetizers. These items were served promptly and were delicious. For our entrees we had the Chicken Alfredo, Steak and cheese subs, and a large Supreme pizza. All of these items were served hot and fresh. Everyone's food was delicious which says a whole lot. As time went by they became very busy and I can understand why. Our family will make this a restaurant that is on our must eat list when at the beach. Not only are they reasonably priced, great tasting food, large portions but I can not say enough about the kindness and great service.

I have not even eaten at this place yet but the reviews and outstanding owner responses given back to both positive and negative customer experiences reminds me of good old fashioned mom amd pop New York hospitality. The great reviews and humbling owner responses are worth 5 stars in advance. Can't wait to place my order tonight....stand by.

THIS!! This is the hidden gem of Virginia Beach! Every small seaside has one and this is theirs! The absolute best Italian food we have had on all of our travels and we’ve been cross country!! We ordered the garlic knots, 2 meatballs, Caprese salad and a half white, half margarita pizza! The meatballs weee definitely the star of the show but that pizza was also great!! Highly recommend!!! Amazing job guys 🙌🏻

After staying beach front on Menorial Day weekend, this was a close spot for us. It was very crowded but the server was extremely nice and accommodated us well. He constantly updated us on our order times and served it promptly. THE GARLIC KNOTS ARE TO DIE FOR! I would also recommend getting the penne ala vodka with an add on of a protein of your choice. Everything was extremely good and affordable. Great restaurant!

This place was close by our motel and it was a great option for fast casual eats! Charming cafe and friendly staff. Got the Vegetarian Sub and my sister got the Fettucine Alfredo. The fettucine could have had a little more flavor but the sub was tasty and BIG!! We will consider going back on our next vacation here at VA Beach.

The building and inside might throw you off a bit BUT the food was awesome. We were out walking and saw this little place off the main curb so I googled it and we decided to give it a try last night and man we were impressed. Will definitely visit again on our next vacation.

A delicious place for pizza and pasta after a fun time at Virginia Beach. We ordered the garlic knots, homemade lasagna, sausage and peppers penne, and supreme pizza. The portions were so large! The bread served on as a side to the pasta and garlic knots were very fresh. My favorite was definitely the homemade lasagna. Overall a nice causal place with friendly service!

Absolutely delicious! Ordered chicken piccata, lasagne, house salad and tiramisu. My only frustration was not being able to keep my leftovers to reheat because we’re traveling. Best meal my whole 4 days in Virginia!

We come here every time we visit VA Beach. Pleasant and fast even on busy weekends! Delicious food and reasonable prices! It was also by no means a short wait. We waited an hour for our food but it is well worth the wait and they were honest about the time. Much appreciated service with the staff shortage and on shamrock race weekend.

This is a great little Italian beach spot and I was glad to have come across it! Being in Virginia Beach, not New York or DC, I wasn’t expecting a lot, but I ended up getting a lot more than I expected!! The Caprese salad was fresh and delish with a nice spin on the classic with a surprise flavor ingredient in the middle of the dish (I’ll let you order to figure that one out!). The meat ravioli was good, not great, although the sauce was very good. The MEATBALL I added was a home run though - Extremely tasty and made the dish! Bread was well cooked as well with just the right amount of crunchiness to it. If you’re looking for Italian in the area, where they keep it simple yet delicious, this is your spot.

This restaurant was a happy surprise! The interior was outdated and set up like a diner. I wasn't expecting the simple fresh Italian cuisine that was served to us. We had the caprese salad (it was more flavorful than any "Italian" restaurant I've been to) lasagna, eggplant rollatini, and plain pizza with olive oil, garlic, and fresh herbs. Portions are huge and served with bread, so consider splitting an entrée if you're ordering several dishes. 🤤👍

This place must be a hidden gem. The food is so good!! We got a pepperoni roll, Italian sub, and baked ziti. We have leftovers for tomorrow. Wouldn’t have been a first choice since it’s not on the water but I’m so glad we took a chance!
