I have gone to this location on a regular basis for ten years. Hands down, the Best YNot in the area! Friendly staff, consistently great service, impeccable food. We would give you a 10 if possible. Cheers to many more good meals with you, and thank you to entire staff for being wonderful!
We love their pizza but what keeps us returning is their great customer service. We had a pizza party at work today and our delivery driver Eric was thoughtful enough to include plates and napkins in case we needed them. How genuine is that?! You don’t find that kind of customer service at any other pizza place. Thank you for all you do and give Eric a raise! �
The food and desserts are very good if you want Italian food this is the place to go . The food is better than Olive Garden and the prices are better as well . You get big porshions that will fill you up but still have room for that glass of wine and some geloto ( Italian ice cream ) or Cup cakes that are to die for or any of the many other desserts.
Great service, great (and fresh) food, and great prices! I've never had a bad meal here. The service personnel are well-trained, polite and knowledgable!
Ynot has always been our favorite pizza place. Today my grandparents and I went out to lunch with my one year old daughter and our server, Matt, was so phenomenal. I waited tables for seven years and know it can be a difficult and thankless job. Matt anticipated all of our needs and made sure that we were completely happy. Most of all, he was so sweet and accommodating to my daughter. We love Ynot for their food and their service!

Another extended family outing enjoyed by all. Nice to see some same faces (Heaven) and new faces (Matt?). Servers always have a minute to spare and you won't feel rushed.
Great service and the food was delicious and served in a timely manner even tho the restaurant was pretty busy! Our server (Katrina I think) was on top of everything but not at all intrusive and very nice!
Eat there all the time , pizza , subs , appetizers and the service is excellent. Love the friendly atmosphere with the waitresses there . They're so friendly!

Some of y'all make me cringe. If you're feeding a family of 7, I don't think $50 is that much. If it is, WHY ARE YOU ORDERING FOOD?
With that being said: YNot has been "my" favorite ever since it opened, and I was a kid. Won a soccer game? Going to YNot. Good grades? Going to YNot. Bad day? YNot. As a kid, they would give me the dough to play with- and didn't even get mad when I threw it up to the roof and somehow got it stuck inside the letters on their sign. Well, they might have, but they at least waited until I was home. The head guy at the Kempsville location always walks around to see how everyone is doing. Very nice family and I like seeing them do well.
The food is fantastic. I like getting the pep rolls, pasta dishes, gelato, and pizza, if I'm feeling crazy. It isn't overpriced at all- their portions are huge. Don't listen to a negative nancy from out of town who expects to have champagne on a beer budget- listen to a local who has supported this place as they've grown over the years (and given back to the community whilst doing so!)

Philly south!. Ok so they are from Wildwood, but this is great Philly pizza and sandwiches. The rest of the menu is great, too! Love the friendly servers. Highly recommend The Chopped salad and soups. Been eating here for years and have never been disappointed!
The Best in Hampton Roads. I am pretty much resigned to the fact that I can never get great neighborhood pizza like I had in Philly when I was a kid. This area just does not have any pizza joints that come close to Philly.
That said, I'd say YNOTs is the best in the area. It is a good try at a New York-style pizza pie. Some of the pizza I had there were really enjoyable.
At times, they're a little off the mark. maybe the crust is a little thick, or the pizza is just too sloppy and runny. But in the land of bad pizza, YNOTs is KING/

We were craving a stuffed pizza and not many pizza places around here do that so I had a YNot flyer and decided to order. I ordered it online and it worked awesome! We got the stuffed meat lovers pizza. Nice 16" stuffed pizza with big slices. We also got a 1/2 order of garlic knots which were good but could've used a little parmesan cheese, and we ordered a 1/2 order of pepperoni rolls which were really nothing to brag about. No flavor, not even from the pepperoni. Won't be ordering them again, but otherwise, we'll be back for others :)
THE Place for pizza & casual Italian!. YNot's usually our first choice when we want to go out, and with our picky eaters, there's always something for everyone. Great pizza, eggplant parm, marinara, pasta fagioli (sp?), salads, cheesesteaks, garlic knots and the sweets! If you're a transplanted Northerner, this is the place! Friendly waitstaff, we've been going there for years, monthly if not weekly! Can't wait to try Ghent location.
Best Pizza in Town Probably Best Cheese Steak.. I might go a week without it but thats about all I can handle before I have to come back and get another Pizza from Ynot. I love this pizza. The place is packed full most of the time so it's hard to get in sometimes because the food is awesome, great Italian everything...cheese steaks are Philly Good. A nice experience. Ynot offers several pasta dishes as well as pizza. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan with fettuccine on the side. The meals come with complimentary bread. The chicken was thick and moist. The breading was done well, and the tomato sauce had a lot of tomato. It was also thick with a good flavor. The noodles were cooked perfectly.
Our server was nice and understanding. We had 5 people in our group, and we showed up at different times. She worked with us, and our food was served not long after ordered.
The seating has tables and booths. Ynot is not fancy but has a modern decor. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

I cannot say enough about THIS location specifically!! Been regulars since I was a kid now I take mine there. They love their pizza but I was craving Cajun chicken pasta which is something they don’t carry. I called just to ask if I could do a create your own Cajun style. They says yes and it was hands down THE BEST Cajun chicken pasta I’ve ever had and it’s not even in their menu!!! The portions are ENORMOUS and my sons two slices were basically the size of an entire pizza! We also got the pepperoni rolls, French fries, two slices, and the balsamic bread appetizer. My balsamic dip appetizer only came with three small round pieces of bread and I was really confused bc it was an actual app that costs almost $8. When I asked for the manager he got on and immediately asked where he can deliver fresh bread to at no charge!! I was kinda in shock at his kind response and ordered two cannolis to make up for the driving money just for . I asked how much for the cannolis and he says “don’t worry about it, we want you to be happy. You paid for something expecting it I want to make sure you get it!” Josh is the manager I wish I had when I was serving and bartending l lol! Thank you Josh and kitchen staff at ynot providence!! My experience overall was good. No complaints about anything. My only piece of advice would be to carry a jacket and a small hat. The a/c blows directly on top of your head and also cools your food down fast. Other than that, all is well. My favorite is the spaghetti and with a meatball. The meatball is a bit pricey but they give you large portions of food. It's definitely worth it.
It was our first time here and everything was AMAZING! :) The food was absolutely delicious, and our waitress (Rachel) went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible! We can't wait to return the next time we are in the area. We only wish we had one where we live in Maryland!
Even though this YNot was busy on a Friday night, they still got us to a table quickly. Our waiter brought my daughter and her friend some dough to play with, and he was so friendly and helpful. I wouldn't recommend getting the kids' mac and cheese, but everything else was delicious!
Son was in the mood for pizza. I wanted soup. He loved the pizza, me not so much. I mean, it was good, but not NY style. Soup was very good. My biggest issue was paying over $6 for a side of ONE meatball.
Ynot Italian? That's a question that is always answered with a yes. When It comes to consistency Ynot always delivers hot delicious Italian food and fresh bakes bread with garlic oil every single time no matter what location I've gone too. I especially love that as far as I know it's one of the only places in hampton roads where you can get an authentic black and white cookie.
For the record they do have a Good Gluten-free Menu as well.
Yup this place has great food! Had the personal Italian Stromboli. The mozzarella, bread and meat were superb. I've been to Italy 4 times in my life and they actually have real Gelato here!
Loved this place really nice to go with the family the only downside i felt some kind of way with the hosts dont get me wrong but we were the only hispanic latino up in there and she just kept staring at us like we were going to bite her on top of that she would clear and talk to the other people entering the location that were Caucasian … she even took a menu to other tables except ours we had to get our own menu from her corner spot other than that our server was kat 🥰🥰🥰 she was amazing 😻

Only complaint was once our food was packed up it took awhile to get our check, because our server got three new tables (one was a big group).
Skylar our server provided fast and friendly service and stayed on top of things even though the restaurant was busy. Other staff were polite and made it a point to smile and ensure we had a good dining experience. The food was great served fresh, tasty and in generous portions. I recommend eating here for a fulling meal. Well done to all.

I have been eating and making pizzas all my life and they have the most delicious pizza I ever had.
The pizza is absolutely delicious! The waitress suggested a beer that I've never had before and it was very good. Kate was a wonderful waitress very attentive and accommodating. Will definitely go back.
