I have been coming to this coffee shop for a while now and I love the coffee. Seriously Roast Riders is an awesome coffee shop. Erin, John, max, Kaese, Dylan, and Abeed are awesome staff. It's so great to see familiar faces when I come in to get my morning coffee.
First time going here, and it was delicious. Excellent coffee (got a caramel latte, added pumpkin spice. YUM.), great spinach mushroom quiche, comfortable atmosphere, and awesome music, too. I tried my daughter's chocolate croissant--very good. While we sat there, I heard Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, Bush, & Incubus, playing over the speakers. Felt like I was in high school again. All around fantastic place, and I look forward to returning!

I leave happy every time! Everything I've tried has been superb. The sparkling teas are my new favorite and the quiche is some of the best I have ever had. This place is a little gem!

Max makes art with a beverage at Roast Rider in Virginia Beach. The energy and focus he puts into every cup makes every sip an experience, not just a well-made flavorful latte. If you truly care about what you do, the effort you embed in your job is its own reward ☕️

I’m partially bias but I love the coffee here. The syrups are all from scratch and they taste so fresh and delicious. The pastries are good too and I love that they are from local businesses as well. I love coming here before my boring office job all day, makes life a little better :)
The set up is cute. The Lorraine quiche was just the right amount of everything. I really really liked the twix coffee drink.

It is very nice to be able to buy the same coffee with the same taste every day. The baristas are very polite and friendly. And I’m a big fan of their vegan muffins❤️
I found Roast Rider during my search for local coffee shops since I prefer them over mainstream coffee shops—and I definitely loved my first time in Roast Riders! Very nice atmosphere, the shop decor is perfect! Coffee was delicious and so was the sweet potato croissant! I will definitely be back each time we come back to Virginia!!!
Great little local coffee shop. They had a nice verity of pastry’s. The service was quick and coffees were good. No complaints.
I can't say that I share the same sentiment as the reviewer before me... This place, the drinks, and the staff are hands down the absolute best. There's times where I'm able to stop by 3 to 4 days in a week, and times where I might be out of town. Still, every time I get a smile and a wave, it's a welcoming feeling and why I go back so often. I travel all over the country and still have yet to come across a better cold brew with Irish Cream... keep up the great work! -W.M.
This place is popular and you’ll see why. The staff is friendly and cheerful. The space is inviting. While you wait, merchandise for sale is sprinkled throughout the store.
The outdoor seating is some of the best around, especially for kids (lots of safe, off streets space) and for private conversation (tables are well spaced). The location in the back of the shopping area lends to a quieter, low traffic noise space. Very relaxing.
They offer several tasty quiches and bakery items, even gluten-free and vegan options from a local vegan sweet shop.
My dirty chai was excellent. My companions were happy with their tea and coffee choices. We’ll return.
Loved coming here, it was really cute inside and the coffee was delicious. There is a parking lot outside so parking wasn't an issue. Seating was available both inside and outside and it was quite with some music that was nice.
I ordered the Trifecta coffee with Candied Fog syrup and it was super good. They have some baked goods for sale and most of them are gluten free options. They also sell quiches and oatmeal that they can prepare too. Friend staff and the seating is really comfortable.
Five star for the Cappuccino I ordered. Mind you, it had 6 shots of espresso in it but it didnt taste bitter or burnt. That’s how I knew it’s a good quality coffee.
I’ll pass on the pastry I got though. It was a pear honey croissant and it was dry and had no honey taste whatsoever.

Soooo relaxing!! Tried the seasonal PECAN CINNAMON flavor in my LATTE with HAZELNUT and it did not disappoint! Also the MVST (My Vegan Sweet Tooth) Oatmeal Cookie Sandwich is AMAZING! 🤩😋
Great service here, I was greeted immediately upon entrance. I ordered the caramel iced macchiato, which was fantastic! The brown sugar cookie was sooo soft and so delightful to enjoy on my day off! The barista seemed to enjoy her job and was very lovely! The modern atmosphere gives off such a cool vibe. Thanks for a pleasant first visit!
Decided to stop by Roast Rider because of the good reviews and they were right! The syrups are made in house and they have a good variety of options. I tried lavender in a white mocha and it was the perfect blend! A great spot with great customer service. Don’t skip out on the chocolate croissant! It was delicious. Perfect spot to hang out a bit and enjoy your coffee
Awesome coffee shop, great atmosphere and good customer service. We got the cinnamon roll latte and the husband got a shakerato. Both were delicious.

The orange & cranberry scone was very good. Not as dry as many scones can be. The mushroom & Swiss croissant was also very tasty and savory. Light & flavorful.
Chai spice tea and latte were on point.
Service was just a tad slow in that our four items each came out one at a time, requiring four trips back to the counter.
I always enjoy time spent at this great coffee shop. The coffee and tea are great, especially the loose leaf tea. The outdoor seating is a great place to catch up with friends.
