Had a delicious lunch of empanada, shared a chicken, beef and pork with the hubby and then topped it off with a slice each of Mango Supreme Cake.

The butter cake is always on the list. Beef empanada and halo halo is a must whenever we go there. I just wish they have more of our favorite snacks available.

Desserts are delicious but the customer service is horrible! My mom asked a simple question to one of the ladies working there and she didn't even acknowledge my mom! Simply rude and disappointing!

Affordable, good food. We had the dinuguan meal and arroz caldo with shiitake mushroom, which were both tasty and portions were just right. Each meal came with a soda and a slice of cake, which was great at less than ten bucks per person. We had delicious mango and purple yam cakes. Only thing I didn't like was that the cakes had too much whipped cream. Steamed pork buns were great. Can't compare to other Filipino food joints in the area because this was the only place we visited during our vacation. But for a quick foodie fix, Red Ribbon is great and the quality is consistent with RR in Manila. Will eat there again if I'm in the area.

A good bakeshop with very tasty pastries and cakes. It may appear pricey but it is well worth the money. The cakes are deliciously decadent! You can get some non-pastry fare that are also good. They have room for eat in but I usually go there for take out. Service is improving and better than it was. Parking is limited since they share space with other establishments in the strip.

Great Service. Staff very friendly. Good location, lots of parking. Always a fan of the pastries and cakes. The Palabok and Arroz Caldo very good as well. Lots of seating area and they keep it very clean. Ordered a cake. It was very good. Very moist and what I loved it wasn't super sweet.

When I go to Red Ribbon.. if I'm not getting the mango cake I'm getting something Ube. I got the Ube milk drink which was really good and the Ube mamon which was delicious as always.

Great place to pick up some yummy Filipino baked goods. There are a few Red Ribbon locations in SoCal and was pleasantly surprised when we came across this one in VA Beach. The mango and Ube cakes looked amazing. Everything I ordered was absolutely delicious.

Decent food and desserts. I got the chicken empanada, the butter mamon, and the mango cake. The empanada was delicious - very well seasoned and almost like a pot pie inside of a thick, flaky, buttery crust. The butter mamon was essentially just a sponge cake, but it wasn’t overly sweet, it was very soft - almost cloud-like - and a nice size for the price ($1.89). The mango cake was also good, 2 layers of buttercream and topped with fresh mangoes (not the mango that’s sweetened with syrup). Overall I enjoyed it. I wish they had fresh-baked breads instead of the packaged ones, but for the price they were pretty good.

Love the cakes, pandesal, palabok, and mamons, but they need new cakes and pastries. Also, a lot of their entrees on their menu are not available. We love to go here, but we always prepare ourselves to be somewhat disappointed because they might not have what we want; it could be out of stock or discontinued. Great cakes and my kids love their ube and mango cakes, palabok, and pandesal.

Classic Filipino baked goods. On Sunday there were a lot of titas stocking up. There is also palabok and empanadas as hot food. Only four tables for dine in. Over priced but expected.

Came in because my moms is having a birthday! My mom is originally from the Philippines so why not get her a cake from a shop that they have back home. I went in two days before to place a pick up order for a pick up for today. They had so many choices to choose from. I ended up going with the full mango roll instead of getting Ube flavor. . only because I gave up dessert like items. . and my dad will help her eat it. So I just got her a slice of ube for her "midnight" singalong. SURPRISE mama. I know i'll be back!
