I noticed this place a couple weeks ago, and finally got a chance to stop in. The place is clean, baseball themed, and has a friendly staff. As the name says, they have 21 different burgers, along with some other options, sides, and desserts. I got the Homer, and it was delicious, though I think I'll ask them to cook the waffle a bit more next time (that's right, the waffle). If you're in the area, definitely check them out.
I ordered the RBI burger with fries and a strawberry shake. The food was ordered for delivery and was still hot when I got it. My meal was very very tasty, and the portions weren't bad for the price. I'm satisfied and I will order again in the near future.
Great All American Burger Dive! From their famous waffle bacon burger with bacon infused waffle batter or the grilled cheese burger, to amazing deep fried onion rings, fried pickles, shakes and fried oreos! Staff was great and friendly! Bye bye 5 guys, hello 21 Burgers!
I was pleasantly surprised at the battered chicken strips. They were lightly seasoned and to perfection. The size and quality were to my liking.
My son enjoyed the chilli cheese burger meal. He ate every bite as it was a taste of heaven. I would order again.
I ordered the homer, ( hamburger with waffles for a bun) with fried pickles, the double play deluxe a kids chicken and waffle and order of fried Oreos! I got way more food then expected and it was all delicious.
I love the waffle burgers. Its like nothing else. So good I'm always wanting a nap afterwards.
The food here was amazing! The themed burgers they have are great and fresh! The customer service was amazing! Had a nice conversation with the owners. This is a mist try if you are looking for a GREAT burger!! And to top it off they have crinkle cut fries and deep fried oreos! Pictures will come with my next visit. The food looked and tasted so amazing i forgot to take pics!
Went there on recommendation of teacher friends who my wife works with at the school nearby and wasn't disappointed. Not only did they have a great selection of 21 baseball themed named burgers that when we ordered turned out to be fantastic..went with a classic bacon cheeseburger...but the owner overhead my wife and I discussing the corn fritters on the menu and he had the kitchen make us an order. They were terrific as well. Just a great first experience there and we will definitely be going back.
Our first time eating here and we really, really liked it. Their name doesn't lie...21 different burger combinations! I had The Homer (waffle burger) w/sweet potato fries, which were made to order and delicious and hot! I'll come back and rate it 5 stars if we come back and they are just as hot and delicious!
My only gripe, if I want to be nit-picky, is the tables were a little sticky.
This was an unexpected find for us. We were looking for a burger that wasn't Red Robin or fast food place. The menu was filled with choices and some unexpected surprise, like fried pickles as a side for your combo. The staff that was working was amazing. They gave us suggestions and double checked to make sure we were happy. The burger was tasty and not overly greasy (all burgers are greasy to some degree). I had the fries and while I don't particularly liked crinkle cut fries these were cooked great with just enough seasoning. We will be back to try some other burgers!!!
Restaurant was very clean last time I went. I would consider my self a regular because the food is AMAZING! It is the best burger around the Virginia Beach area. I have yet to taste a burger this good. Bathrooms are a little dark but hey! I go for the food! Service is also pretty good for the most part! They’ve earned my five stars and business. Great food everytime!
First time here. Had a deluxe double. Very good burger. While ordering I could hear the owner telling (what I assume is a new employee) how to properly mark and place food items in the fridge. That was cool to hear because I know they actually care about the quality of food to the customer. The owner came out and gave my kids candy, and once he found out it was my wife and i’s anniversary, he got us a free thing of fried Oreos. Definitely recommend this place.
I drove past this place numerous times. Had no idea what to expect. Was in the mood for a burger. Tired of the big chain frozen patties. Took a chance, dropped in to 21 Burgers. What a suprise, full menu of freshly made burgers and sides! The taste was just what I wanted, grilled 100% beef. Side of onion rings, outstanding. My new burger joint!!!
