Stopped here when on vacation to Virginia Beach and met the owner. Great guy, staff and food is amazing as well. Would highly recommend anyone in the area to try this place!
We're here about 9 on a Saturday night. We were seated right away very friendly staff from owner ,server and security. We had wings and Spinach dip everything was fresh and frozen or pre made. Server was very attentive and so was mgr and owner. They even bought us a round of drinks . Definitely will be back again.
We stopped by on Sunday for a beer and stayed for a few because of the happy hour specials! The beer was Cold , good music, friendly and attentive bartender..👌🏼

We did not dine here, but were there for The Tiki Bar Band. I really like the open space and abundance of seating to view the stage. We will be back!
The staff is great. We've been three times and the food was consistently great each time. Burgers are huge at 1/2 lb and always cooked well. Get the tots, simple but fantastic. Specials are great values and there's TONS of TVs. Walked in with no expectations and walked out extremely pleased.
I really enjoy Big Woody's. This is the best place to relax and enjoy a few drinks after a hard day of work.

We were there for Bike Night. Our waitress worked her butt off. Courteous, and friendly and the food was good. Be back next week.
The stage area (behind the bands) could be more exciting. 😀 We like this fun bar a lot. We also really enjoyed watching the riverboyz band. They are extremely talented. And we enjoyed the cocktails a lot. The outdoor area near the front is nice too. Fun place overall👍👍
Pleasant, unexpected and welcome surprise... BEST Sunday brunch! Great experience all around! Friendly, effecient service, great food, excellent drinks, relaxed atmosphere. Will be back again and again. We wanted to try everything we saw come out of the kitchen because it looked so good.
My fiancé and I went out on a date night. Good prices on cocktails. Only 2 bartenders on a Saturday night. And it was DEAD. But they were great. It was also ECSC weekend I believe, so that may have driven some people off. Overall enjoyed our evening and they are adding more tables outside as well. I had 2 crushes, my
Fiancé had 2 Tito’s, and we each had a shot of top shelf vodka, along with the “pretzel bites” appetizer(which are amazing), and the total was $50.
Food was alright, kids got BTLs, I got a chicken wrap but I thought the chicken could of been cooked more. I was excited about the sweet potato fries, they were in waffle form but the down fall was the mass amount of burnt brown sugar they had put on them that took the sweet potato falvor away. If they would of sprinkled only a little bit after they pulled from the fryer or a dab of honey over them *chef kiss* would of been perfect. Husband loved the fish and chips. They had a live band going inside or you could sit on the deck. Inside could of been updated and smelled of stale beer when you first walked in but wasn't overpowering to smell it throughout our supper.

I went to Beach Barracuda's with a group of old college friends this past weekend. We were there to see Radio 80s perform, since one of my friends went to high school with one of the musicians. This is a fun little bar that makes for some interesting people watching. I'm not from the area, but I'm assuming the crowd changes depending on the band performing. Since Radio 80s was there the night we went, it was an older crowd (40s and above). The band was amazing! They played an eclectic range of our favorite alternative and new wave songs from the 1980s, including Violent Femmes, R.E.M, INXS, Soft Cell, Tears for Fears, etc. Our crew had a blast, singing along with the songs we grew up listening to and dancing our butts off. The dance floor is tiny, so some of that dancing was "chair dancing," but it was SO MUCH FUN! I'm still hoarse from singing at the top of much lungs! I seriously need more of this in my life! I can't really comment on the food since we weren't really there to eat, but my friends commented that the bartender was kind of rude (which is why I knocked off a star).
We love Big Woody’s!! The decor is a bit boring but the food is AMAZING!!! Everything was prepared to the utmost quality. I’m not sure how they make everything so good, but they do!!! Quality & quantity at Woody’s.
The wing flavor was good but the chicken quality was subpar and the waitress was semi attentive but couldn't been better
The best! I went there Saturday evening for dinner and we had the tacos, chicken Caesar wrap and kids boneless wings. Our server Samantha was phenomenal. She was very personable and everything came out in a timely manner. 10/10 for us, thank you Sam
Every visit is just as amazing as the last! We love coming on our day off and seeing Kara. I always end up drinking a few strawberry mojitos 😅..they are beautiful and no one makes them like Kara. They have great food specials and a relaxing atmosphere.
I love the specials at Big Woody's! Mondays is all you can eat wings & shrimp for only $.59 each, Wednesdays are shrimp for. $.59 each... Fried, grilled, or steamed. They've got plenty drafts on tap including a few local brews, and good drink specials too. I normally go around lunch, but it's a great place all around. Highly recommended.
Amazing place!!! The bartender keelee (I believe is how you spell it) was amazing!!! The drink she made was amazing and the crab legs they had were to die for!!!
Food came out slow and randomly. Appetizers came out after our main food. Some people got theirs while others waited. Wings were overcooked.

I eat the boneless wings and shrimp baskets all the time & it never misses. Yummy drinks & friendly faces. Plus great games in the back room if you’re looking to pass sometime and maybe make some money! Highly recommend stopping in for a bite, a cocktail (the crushes are delicious), & one of the many live music performances provided.

Trivia on Tuesdays is alot of fun . They offer taco Tuesday ,which is awesome . Great prices and they have happy hour.
Delicious!!!!! Boneless wings, shrimp, crab balls, and a caesar salad were just what my tummy needed!!! The two bartenders, Bri and Lexi, are awesome and super sweet!
