Update: So, I’ve visited this location a couple of times recently since my last post (it’s the closest location to me). I’ve gone inside and not placed online orders. Im happy to report that everything has been in stock, toppings/meat have been fresh, store is clean, and looks like there are some new employees in there who were pretty friendly.
Probably the worst chipotle in Virginia.

I had been struggling at the old location for the past year.
BUT in the past 3 or 4 weeks, my 6yo begged me to come back, and I'm glad he did.
They weren't out of anything, nothing was overcooked, or had been sitting there all day.
The guacamole was perfect, meats were fresh, and there were actually vegetables.
After seeing some of the reviews, we were worried, but we placed a large catering order for a busy timeframe and it turned out great! The staff was hustling and working hard and the food was normal – definitely what I’d expect from Chipotle. They forgot a small part of our order and were gracious when we went back to get it.
Great food, the staff provided excellent service! Can’t wait to go back!!!
