This was my first time going to Starbucks and I had gotten a frozen lemonade drink and and my boyfriend had gotten a dragonfruit lemonade drink and they were both great. The service was pretty awesome too it was pretty quick and efficient.
The cake pop I got wasn’t really the best though it tasted more like thick icing then cake. But other than that very pleasant experience!
Great service, Barista Jesse was super kind.
He brought our order to our seats .Excellent customers service and good ambiance.

Love this location! I drive through here on my way to work throughout the week. Great location, great coffee, great service, especially from Quam! Quam is always professional, smiling, friendly and makes my mornings awesome!

A hot delicious seasonal beverage and a snack while reading a book, what isn't there to like?! The servers will take care of you, and the quality is indicative of any Starbucks I've been at.
It can be a little slow at times so don't come to this location if you're in a rush

Same good coffee I've come to expect from every Starbucks. Great place to take clients. Very hard chairs though. Happy employees that are patient & quick to help. Give yourself about an extra minute to figure out where to park. Near the Blvd!
The customer service experience was great. Thanks to Starbucks for some great staff training and customer relations. I ordered my drink waited a decent time for the staff to prepare it. After they called my name I walked up grabbed my drink and proceeded to put a straw through the lid. As soon as the two items met the drink fell over spilling everywhere. The kind and friendly staff not only cleaned everything up right away but also remade my drink.

I have been here many times while I am inside the lynnhaven mall because that's where it is and I always have a great experience here and the people who work here are awesome so if you are in the mall or close to the mall stop in and grab a Starbucks.
Might seem slow at times but their staff here really took the time to do it right and the diffrence is amazing. If only you may have to have a bit of patience (at times) then you too can realize for yourself how much better a pink drink, no strawberries, or whip cream can be.
When I stopped by the day after Valentine's Day, I watched Amory/Emery/Anthony(?) put orders out like he was Santa Claus giving gifts like it was Christmas Eve. With 7-12 people ahead of me, and me only waiting 10 minutes for my drink - watching him push through orders is a testament to his great work ethic and superb customer service!
