Starbucks are always frantic, busy stores, but this crew handles it well. I enjoy this location.
I’ve recently started going to this Starbucks because the drinks and service are 100x better than the Holland Road (3 minutes away) location. The drinks are always made with fresh ingredients here. And the drinks are ready extremely fast.

Standard Starbucks - the lobby can use a good cleaning & decor refresh. The staff / service was just okay which is a shame because the company is known for its stellar, knowledgeable, friendly staff.

Fast service, somewhat comfy seating area, good coffee, but parts of the store we're in desperate need of sweeping. Staff was clearly trying to keep up with the very brisk drive-thru businesses.
This is my go-to Starbucks—always friendly, with good food and drinks. However, I went today and ordered my normal no-ice venti refresher. I got handed back half a cup of juice. HALF a cup. The worker said that the space is for ice, not juice. HAHA. This was a first. Whenever I order a no-ice refres
Even when you ask for cream they barely give you any or don't at all. Has anybody else noticed the holiday cups are super weak.. or maybe it's the lids? Either way not hot drink friendly. Definitely double cup is needed. As always the people are super friendly!
