I love this Arby's !!! It is always clean and the employees are friendly and welcoming. My order has always been correct. The food is hot and fresh. It's definitely worth stopping for if you're in the mood for Arby's. It's without a doubt the best one in Hampton Roads.
The Dining Room is consistently always clean and welcoming to any guest. The food is always correct and I doubt that you would have any trouble getting something fixed should it be wrong. The service here is impeccable and it is arguably the best Arby's in Virginia Beach. The staff are always so polite and friendly regardless of how busy it may seem.

It was around 8pm and nobody was there. I got a chicken sandwich and a roast beef sandwich. They cool the chicken fresh. The best Arby's I have eaten at in a long time. Staff was friendly.
I love their chicken salad...it's the best! This Arby's is clean and efficient. Stopped in again today...the place is still very clean and the young man who took care of my order was super nice. Best Arby's around!
My roommate brung home 4 Arby's roast beef sandwichs the other day so I went and got one myself; actually I took a friend of mine and we sat down and ate. I was very surprised roast beef and cheese sandwich was extremely good along with the french fries and I never realized one bad experience or a couple of bad experience years ago is causing me to miss a different place to eat

Ordered the Diablo chicken sandwich, Diablo loaded fries, and the caramel cinnamon shake. Service was fast, and the cashier was friendly.
Sandwich was cold, but the presentation was nice and still edible. I love eating spicy food, and this definitely hit the spot. More spicier than I thought they would allow for a fast food chain. Not recommended for those who are sensitive to spicy food.
The loaded spicy fries were alright. It's just some fries with the spicy sauce on them, not sure why it's "loaded".
The shake could've used more caramel, but it did help tame the fire happening in my mouth.

One of our favorite places. Would like the Strawberry Cream Fried Pie to be permanent on the desert menu!!!! We like them better than the turnovers and they are lower in calories. They were only offered for a limited time, the month of October but ended the offer a week or more before the end of the month?????
its so nice to have a friendly face actually take your order. makes up for no potato cakes....
Food and service were great! Needs bigger ARBYS sign, or a significant trim of front trees because you cant see the restaurant, sign or entrance from the approaching road. I'm sure you're missing out on a lot of business by folks not even knowing you are there and being too hidden from the road.
Over all, the experience was fantastic. We went to get drive-in after running errands at 8:00 PM. The wait time was not long, the sandwiches were delicious, and the fries tasted fresh, even after the drive home.
We live near the Arby's on Indian River Road, and we intentionally drive the added distance for this Arby's. The staff is always nice, smiling, and makes you feel like an individual, not just the next order.
The broken shake machine (getting fixed this week), and the lack of sweet tea (they ran out) prevented a five star rating. Yet, even though they were unable to satisfy my order, the experience was still great.
